Revelation 22:2 Aramaic Bible in Plain English

Revelation was not written in Aramaic, it was written in Greek and Revelation 22:2 is certainly not describing any herb. It is a tree that man has not been allowed to have access to until the time that shall be appointed, which is what that passage referenced.
Tobacco does not cause cancer. The chemical cocktail of addictive and carcinogenic chemicals that are sprayed onto the tobacco used in manufactured cigarettes cause disease.
Tobacco, in its natural state, is an herb that is good for the body in many ways.
