Clinton Emails and State FOIA – An Open Source Investigation

A kind listener sent in a link to the Clinton Emails on the State Department’s FOIA website, so you know what that means…time for an open source investigation! If you have time to look through some of the emails and/or the State Department FOIA site, please do so.     Alright guys, I was thinking maybe we can cut this out pretty easily if we take like 2 pages each of the Hillary documents search results.
    There are 15 pages total so we need at least 8 people.
    Of course, the more the better. That way we can double cross our reviews and avoid mistakes.

    Let’s just state here what pages we are going to review and what we discovered of importance.

    I’ll take the first 2 page for instance.

    Yes, I’ve come across some documents that are too large to go through every line. But I think you can get a sense from the document whether it is important/interesting or mostly fluff. Frankly, all of the documents I’ve been through so far are fluff, but you never know…

      On my side too.
      Emails are mostly about the 2012 Benghazi attacks and intel about the Lybian government. A subject on which I’m not an expert.
      I didn’t see any material to investigation.
      Some of the emails contain classified information but blanked, so unusable.

      Well she’s speaking of Ukraine there, if it’s Hitlery herself writing such, the Ukraine debacle was all prepared before she had to have brain surgery (I wish it was botched…heheh, what? She’s already several times worse than Milosevic, yet won’t end like him, most likely. But I’d like to think the Democrat machine, not that I give credence to this single party split in 2 thing, but at least another Curveball a la Obama, on both sides so I don’t get even more depressed hearing of an American Royalty contest in 2016, where no matter will win, will attack Iran (Hitlery or Jeb). Another person who might be just as bad as Obama at least is trying to fix things with Iran so Europe can get its gas from Iran instead of Russia, that’s why they’ve opened up dialog with Iran. So, without a deal with Iran, enforced by an Executive Order in case of a crazy senate and house wishing doomsday instead, we won’t get past a couple year 2016 if one of the American royalty “wins” this contest.

    one thing i found interesting so far is this e-mail from Hillary request Bernard Henry Levy’s film on Libya which i hadn’t heard of: Doc No. C05739894 from the day of(hours before?) the Benghazi attack. I googled BHL & Libya and found this article from April 2012 about BHL meeting rebel leader Abdul-Jalil and telling him he’ll get Sarkozy’s help, then convinces Sarkozy to support the rebels.     Its all about Benghazi baby. Its like Iran-Contra and Fast-and-Furious had a baby, and then named it after a certain Egyptian goddess.

    Here’s a bit of the trail.

    So first of all there is Mr. Sidney Blumenthal. The man who is catching the most heat for sending all the emails marked confidential and citing extremely sensitive sources. Where did those sensitive reports come from? Looks like some were prepared by Tyler Drumheller, former CIA Clandestine Services Chief in Europe. This info comes from a Guccifer hack of Blumenthal’s email in 2013.

    So…This April 2011 email mentioned the Libyan rebels were considering hiring private mercs to arm them. Hillary’s respose: “The idea of using private security experts to arm the opposition should be considered.”

    Rewind back to the Guccifer hack, and we see emails about some sort of operation on the ground in Tunisia/Libya with Drumheller contracting with David L. Grange, retired Army general who used to run a Pentagon spec-ops unit. The estimated cost, $60k.

    Whats important here is that Grange runs Osprey Global Solutions, which also has an armament subsidiary…wonder if any of their arms went into Libya, or through it?

    Looks like we are getting a peek here at some far corners of the whole arms to or through Libya. The questions are, was this sanctioned? by State, the Agency, or someone else? Or was it a rogue op?

    Also, next batch of emails are set to be released at the end of June, so buckle up.

    IC Inspector General has found classified information in Clinton emails.

    Although we all knew it, the Intelligence Community Inspector General (IC IG), has now made it known.

    Yesterday the Office of the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community (IC IG} sent a congressional notification to intelligence oversight committees updating them of the IC IG support to the State Department IG (attached).

    The IC IG found four emails containing classified IC-derived information in a limited sample of 40 emails of the 30,000 emails provided by former Secretary Clinton. The four emails, which have not been released through the State FOIA process, did not contain classification markings and/or dissemination controls. These emails were not retroactively classified by the State Department; rather these emails contained classified information when they were generated and, according to IC classification officials, that information remains classified today. This classified information should never have been transmitted via an unclassified personal system.

    Can’t make this stuff up lol.

    The last batch of Hillary Clinton emails released by the State Department included one from Clinton asking to borrow a book called “Send: Why People Email So Badly and How to Do It Better,” by David Shipley and Will Schwalbe.

    Clinton has not said why she requested the book, but it includes some advice that is particularly interesting in light of the controversy over her unconventional email arrangement at the State Department and her decision to delete tens of thousands of emails she deemed to be purely personal.

    The copy that ABC downloaded for $9.99 had some interesting revelations.

    Take, for example, Chapter Six: “The Email That Can Land You In Jail.” The chapter includes a section entitled “How to Delete Something So It Stays Deleted.”

    Clinton’s Spy Network: ties to the CIA

    Clinton’s off-the-books intelligence outfit might not be so off-the-books.

    Back in March of 2015, when the Hillary private email server story broke, a group of long time Clinton operatives was identified from the 2013 GUCCIFER hacks.

    These men, Sydney Blumenthal, Tyler Drumheller, and Cody Shearer form what appeared to be some sort of off-the-books private intelligence outfit feeding information to Clinton. Whether Hillary was running this group or she was merely a client, has not been determined. But it is clear that the point man, Blumenthal, was frequently passing intelligence reports from this crew (Drumheller and Shearer) to Clinton at her private email address.

    The ties to CIA jump right out at you. Drumheller was ex-CIA chief at the Directorate of Operations in Europe. He’s mixed up in the whole “Curveball” Iraq yellow cake uranium debacle, and Drumheller and Blumenthal were advisors to Hillary’s 2008 failed presidential bid.

    Now one aspect of this operation that hasn’t been covered yet is the fact that one of these Clinton spy operatives was in fact at the time handling classified information, that was Cody Shearer.

    Shearer has some a very interesting past including in the 1990’s when he went to Europe and acted as a “shadow” agent of the State Department, and engaged in unauthorized negotiations with some Serbs, who gave him at least $25,000. The State Department investigated him, but the report has never been released. Very spooky.

    In a leaked email from the Guccifer archive, Cody Shearer passed along a document to Blumenthal that, for whatever reason, at the time him determined was “classified.”

    This document was an itinerary for his Ambassador Derek Shearer and his wife Sue Toigo, from January of 2013. As far as I can tell, Derek hasn’t been in the Gov’t since the mid-late 1990’s when he was the US diplomat in Finland under Clinton. Derek Shearer also was an advisor to Hillary’s 2008 failed presidential bid.

    So why would Derek Shearer and Sue Toigo’s schedule be “Classified,” if they aren’t holding Gov’t jobs? Very spooky.

    Finally there is one other email worth noting, from Cody Shearer to a group of people including a Mr. Joe Wilson, Sid Blumenthal, and Giandomenico Picco, former UN undersecretary, from Oct. 19, 2011, where there is a mention of “sanitized literature.”

    That perks up my ears. Sanitized is a word I’ve heard a few times relating to intelligence. Now I know that the ‘sanitized literature’ in this email could refer to almost anything. The conversation is taken completely out of context, and there are no indications about what it contains…but…

    I think there is reasonable room to speculate, because the Joe Wilson who is passing around these “sanitized” documents overseas is actually Joseph C. Wilson IV, retired U.S. Ambassador and husband of Valerie Plame Wilson, the famous “outed” CIA officer. Very spooky.

      err, forgot to mention that Derek Shearer is a professor at Occidental College, and Director of their Global Affairs department, “handling the college’s international relations and directing the expansion of its international affairs programs.”

      Sue happens to be on the Board of Overseers at Columbia University.

      Interesting in light of certain three-letter agencies that love to recruit on college campuses.

    Bill Clinton’s Secret Meeting with Loretta Lynch

    PHOENIX – Amid an ongoing investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of email and hours before the public release of the Benghazi report, US Attorney General Loretta Lynch met privately with former President Bill Clinton.

    The private meeting took place on the west side of Sky Harbor International Airport on board a parked private plane.

    …

    ABC15 asked Lynch about the meeting during her news conference at the Phoenix Police Department.

    “I did see President Clinton at the Phoenix airport as he was leaving and spoke to myself and my husband on the plane,” said Lynch.

    The private meeting comes as Lynch’s office is in charge of the ongoing investigation and potential charges involving Clinton’s email server.

    The private meeting also occurred hours before the Benghazi report was released publicly involving Hillary Clinton and President Obama’s administration.

    Lynch said the private meeting on the tarmac did not involve these topics.

    “Our conversation was a great deal about grandchildren, it was primarily social about our travels and he mentioned golf he played in Phoenix,” said Lynch Tuesday afternoon while speaking at the Phoenix Police Department.

    Sources say the private meeting at the airport lasted around 30 minutes.

    Did Hillary lie to the FBI?

    Comey says that Hillary didn’t lie to the FBI during her interview. Yet to many that seems unbelievable when compared against her numerous public statements on the matter over the course of the scandal which have been contradicted.

    Even more shocking to the public are the facts that Clinton wasn’t put under oath for her interview, there is no transcript of the interview, and that the FBI didn’t record the interview.

    But as Civil Liberties and Criminal Defense lawyer Harvey Silverglate explains, these are standard operating procedures for the FBI. Instead of recording the interview, an agent will simply take notes on what was discussed. These notes are then written up on what is known as a Form 302, which becomes the FBI’s official summary transcript of the interview.

    These Form 302’s can be notoriously inaccurate, and Silverglate notes that the FBI makes frequent use of this “technique” to entrap normal law abiding citizens into running afoul of the intricate technicalities of US law, forcing them to become informants for the Bureau.

    Unfortunately for the U.S. public, the Form 302 on Hillary Clinton’s interview has been classified TS/SCI (Top Secret), which will make its release unlikely for sometime.

    So maybe James Comey is right that Hillary didn’t lie to the FBI. After all he wasn’t there, and since there is no recording or transcript of the interview, he must be going off the Form 302’s. And those could say anything, whether it be the the truth, some version of it, or otherwise.

    Why, a few friends in just the right places, could get you out of any kind of sticky situation with the DOJ…

    Judicial Watch Uncovers New Batch of Hillary Clinton Emails

    (Washington DC) – Judicial Watch today released 296 pages of State Department records, of which 44 email exchanges were not previously turned over to the State Department, bringing the known total to date to 171 of new Clinton emails (not part of the 55,000 pages of emails that Clinton turned over to the State Department). These records further appear to contradict statements by Clinton that, “as far as she knew,” all of her government emails were turned over to the State Department

    The new documents reveal that in April 2009 controversial Clinton Foundation official Doug Band pushed for a job for an associate. In the email Band tells Hillary Clinton’s former aides at the State Department Cheryl Mills and Huma Abedin that it is “important to take care of [Redacted]. Band is reassured by Abedin that “Personnel has been sending him options.” Band was co-founder of Teneo Strategy with Bill Clinton and a top official of the Clinton Foundation, including its Clinton Global Initiative.

    Included in the new document production is a 2009 email in which Band, directs Abedin and Mills to put Lebanese-Nigerian billionaire and Clinton Foundation donor Gilbert Chagoury in touch with the State Department’s “substance person” on Lebanon. Band notes that Chagoury is “key guy there [Lebanon] and to us,” and insists that Abedin call Amb. Jeffrey Feltman to connect him to Chagoury…

    WikiLeaks series on deals involving Hillary Clinton campaign Chairman John Podesta. Mr Podesta is a long-term associate of the Clintons and was President Bill Clinton’s Chief of Staff from 1998 until 2001. Mr Podesta also owns the Podesta Group with his brother Tony, a major lobbying firm and is the Chair of the Center for American Progress (CAP), a Washington DC-based think tank.

    I haven’t had a lot of time to keep this thread updated but I will start sharing some of the juicer ones I’ve found in the leak and from other sources. Is anybody else going through these? Please share your findings.
