Thank God for Scientific American! Those eggheads have finally done it! They’ve discovered a life-saving health tip, and they published it in a ground-breaking article in their prestigious periodical last year!
So, what is this earth-shaking miracle cure, you ask? What simple, abundant natural resource turns out to be so good for you?
Oh, please! I’m not just going to let slip their hard-won secrets! You’ll have to pay the fine folks at Sci Am $10.99 ($12.99 CAN) in order to receive that privileged information!
…Oh, OK. It’s sunlight. Apparently, sunlight is good for you.
There, I saved you ten bucks. (Or thirteen loonies!)
So, why are the boffins at Sci Am suddenly telling us about this self-evident reality, and what amazingly obvious fact will they tell us next? That water is wet? That bears defecate in the woods?
More to the point: what does it say about our society that a significant percentage of your friends, neighbours and acquaintances wouldn’t believe you if you told them sunlight can be good for you unless you showed them this magazine?
And, most important of all, how can we use this “breakthrough” as a launching point for the MEHA movement we so desperately need right now?
Let’s find out!

Indeed. Morning sun just after waking up is great, I do it most every day since I got COPD. Don’t need to disrobe. The good stuff goes right through the clothing. Looking up into the sun is good also for eye issues.
Thanks for spreading the news James.
AIN’T IT FUN BEING ALIVE (somg)

In the 1920s and 30s, hospital patients would get regularly wheeled out in their beds to the “verandah” to get some sunshine. I had some photos of this from local hospital archives in the UK. I can’t find them, and the link to the photos, which were in the public domain, no longer works…
Whenever I am in a hospital I think “Wow, this is a place where *nature is absent*”
An extended family member was an excellent chef and I knew he worked at a hospital. It didn’t make any sense to me because his food was great and hospital food is the worst. Then I was informed that he makes food only for the doctors…
There is a stark difference between what Koreans eat for lunch and the company who supplied lunch for my school who also contracted with the prison system.
The only place I know where they wheel you out into the sun is at very expensive Hospice care. A place where they didn’t allow the patient any food or water and gave her only morphine for a week until she died. I won’t ever forget that.
Last April/May, hospitalized for 5 torturous weeks in a large hospital for “pneumonia.”
First week in I was having demonic hallucinations when I closed my eyes in the all electric bed/coffin I was in, and I am not a believer in that stuff at all!
Lost 18 lbs from rejecting the horrible food, had sleep deprivation after discharge for a few weeks, from the constant “We need this or that from you Mr. Doyle throughout the night.”
I forced them to let me out. Went in with so-called “pneumonia” and came out with some lung issue called COPD and on 24/7 Oxygen.
Hospitals are quite evil these days.
I am an Army Medic vet with 3 years after discharge in a civilian hospital as well “floating” in ICU/CCU, ER, etc. and it was a very different experience for sure.
Something very bad has happened to humanity, a reset of unknown proportions.
I’m really sorry to hear that but hopefully people learn they need real advocates and need to advocate for themselves and escape however possible. My aunt is a nurse and tells me horrible stories like surgeons who put dead bodies on elevators and send them back to their room so that they don’t have to mark down that somebody died on their operating table
Thanks. The hospital did provide an “advocate” for me after my 2nd week or so who never returned after her first visit as I wanted her to address the fact that I had a wrong diagnosis (heart condition??) no symptoms of pneumonia, bad food, etc.
How I got through all that was simply was the great escape. One doctor was so pissed off at me for questioning his diagnosis, etc. that he was yelling and screaming at me in front of the head nurse and two attendants!
That saying about if you think like a hammer then everything looks like a nail to you took place. He was a cardiac physician on ER duty and after a few mins of talking he wanted to put a catheter up my leg to my heart!!
I told him no f-ing way, are you nuts?? And the fight was on over the next 5 weeks as he would do rounds now and then, and that’s when the yelling started one morning.
In all I had 6 doctors claim me as theirs and offer the reassuring words: :-/ “Now this should make you well.” I do believe THEY damaged my lungs and gave me this COPD nonsense diagnosis to cover their butts.
As I have no symptoms but a lowered O2 number after any up and about working on anything and I can go for 2 1/2 to 3 hours with no supplemental O2 when writing songs, working on my computer, or watching the tube.
Make Every one healthy again! Thanks James for pointing it out, so simple, yet I didn’t see it. Cheers to everyone xx
MEHA! Sounds like Yeehaw! I like it.
I was going to say that…
I definitely am with you. Thank you James. I’ve always loved the sun, it is very good to everything, as it is to us. You need to be careful not to stay too long, and avoid their poisonous sun-creams.
Gee, if “they” would quit spraying the sky all day (with heaven knows what?!)there might be some good sunlight we could benefit from—-but then I suppose by blocking sunlight they’re saving us all from Climate Change……..
Excellent “facts” about the Chemtrails.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rf78rEAJvhY
I’ve been posting about them since 2006.
What Do Chemtrails Contain?
Independent tests across the U. S. have shown chemtrails to contain the following substances:
Aluminum (known to cause tinnitus)
Arsenic,
Barium salts,
Cadium [Cadmium],
Desiccated human blood cells,
Ethylene dibromide, Lead, Magnesium,
Mercury,
Mold spores,
Mycoplasma,
Polymer fibers,
Radio cesium,
Sharp titanium shards,
Stonthium [Strontium],
Submicron particles,
Unidentified living bacteria,
Uranium, And many other toxins
A great reason why it’s important to sweat. I forgot where and I’ll link if I can find it but somebody tested themself for aluminum and barium right after chemtrails and then again after they sweat a lot and the numbers came down quite a bit. Also chelating agents like Sea Moss, Burdock Root, Cilantro, Parsley, Yellow Dock etc…
I have yet to try Tony Pantalleresco’s Anti-Nano Bucket but will report back if I feel like it does anything
Yep. So many jobs today where you don’t sweat or move around, just sit under florescent lights in front of toxic blue screens.
Some folks use those copper wire wound poles for breaking up the Chemtrails. I haven’t.
Yikes, thanks for the list of ingredients they’re dumping. I wonder which ones are causing the crazy pink sunrises and sunsets or the weird rainbow reflections I see in clouds/sky lately. The sun also looked like it was behind a chemical haze the other day like a freaky arctic apocalypse sky.
@Stephchop
>>Yikes, thanks for the list of ingredients they’re dumping.>>
And they are delicious :-O
I sleep like a songwriter whose clock has reset decades ago, in a dark room from about 1AM to 9 or 10 so me no see rises, just sets.
The further I harvest information from some brilliant Tartarian/Mud Flood research folks the less I can embrace much of what is going on in the world as real.
Just had another wham to my noggin…A human hair is about 80 Microns thick. The paint on the Mona Lisa when viewed with a super measuring machine is 3 Microns thick, with no brush strokes or finger prints visible.
Com’ on Leo, what were you using bud?? Mortar and pestal grinding leaves chunks everywhere.
Is that so?? Dang, I wish I would have waited in the long line of selfie takers at the Louvre to get a closer look 😉 I wonder what could have created it then. Do you have a theory?
No theory. Just saw a vid yesterday. Tried to find it to send you link but having propane/heat issues right now. Will get back if I find the youtube link.
Found the vid. It is at a really good site called Archivist

1/2 hour of “Holy Mackerel” !!
Smells like Ai as well. This artificial intelligence has exposed a good bit of natural stupidity.
BTW, I am a professional artist, who made most of my money doing ‘realistic’ style painting.
The fine and subtle control of transparent layers is achieved by thinned out layers that shrink when they dry. These micro puddles retain no brush strokes. They do, however, require the hyper-advanced 😃techniques of not putting too much on at once, so the liquidy glaze will not run and drip. You could also employ the high-tech solution of laying the canvas on a horizontal surface, to avoid running. Here are links to some of my hand painted work. https://hankblackart.com/index.php?page=portfolio&mode=2d&action=murals https://hankblackart.com/index.php?page=portfolio&mode=2d&action=dallas_zoo
As a runner I must say that running is absolutely terrible for you if you overdo it. It can become an extremely damaging addiction. Running on the street is better than the sidewalk and running on grass is even better. Running with shoes leads to weaker muscles and more injuries. Most cancers are linked to a lack of sunlight (i think only carcinoma and melanoma are linked to too much sunlight). Not to mention how we cut ourselves off electrically with socks, rubber souls, bad building materials, insulation, smart meters, chemtrails, Wifi, 5G, things that shouldn’t go in our mouths that we sometimes mistakenly call food, bed sheets, flame retardants, most soaps/detergents/cleaners/shampoos etc etc
Yeah, cannot believe all the bs around me. It’s the fall of civilization and back to stone age with everything.

I have been vocally pro-sunlight for 70 years. Natural sunlight is OK, but where is the profit margin on that? Peer reproved and rescrewed. But I am not peer reviewed nor peer approved. I am not even a Hollywood celebrity, rich and famous for pretending that I am someone else, someone who can shoot fake guns and screw fake women. Maybe next year…
Nobody has been recording every last thing I say.
Thank Goodness!
Sunlight is actually very bad for your health. If you are a vampire.
Also, a BOOH (Bat Out Of Hell) is better off in the darkness.

Nice work. Is it computer stuff, oil, acrylic ??
Thank you for the compliment. I don’t do so much painting anymore, with the rising domination of computer graphics, reducing the demand. The zoo mural was acrylic paint. But I have done detailed work using many media, including lacquer, oil, gouache, vinyl inks, urethane, and epoxy. I have silkscreened many things with different inks and different substrates. I also do sculptures and 3D illusions. When I made dozens of exhibits for science museums, my friend started calling me Leonardo.

Hanky,
That’s an impressive amount of work. You kept busy over the years.
Are you related to the very creative wordsmith and artist Baxter Black? He was a cousin of a long time busker around here. Guy Logsdon. Very creative in performing and visual arts I don’t adhere much to eugenists but The Black family have some very creative artists in their lines.
