Assuming the whole world is a stage is IMO a very dangerous bet because it feed into the idea that there is no action we can take to change the outcome for ourselves.
Just because they have a ton of power doesn’t make them all knowing or even all on the same side. They just have better info then we do and create themselves more “outs” that they can call a win.

In June 2025, I wrote an article (Has Iran’s Fate Been Sealed?) for Global Research predicting the collapse of the Iranian regime.
Here are some of the reasons I gave as to why I believed the collapse of the regime was imminent:
Xi Jinping’s China and Vladimir Putin’s Russia will not lift a finger to help Iran militarily. Russia has always been Iran’s military enemy. That hasn’t changed. Moreover, most of Russia’s oligarchs have Israeli citizenships. And let’s not forget that, as recently as 2010, President Putin imposed sanctions against Iran on behalf of Israel. The sanctions were designed to prohibit the sale of Russian military hardware—tanks, aircraft, helicopters, artillery systems, ships, and the S-300 anti-aircraft system—to Iran.
Were Putin to act as mediator between the two warring sides, he might be apt to sell out the Iranian leadership, just as he sold out Slobodan Milošević in the 1990s in order to save his own skin. This time, Putin would likely be looking to redeem himself in the Langley and Beltway power circles.
The Iranian leadership has been educated in the West. Therefore, their allegiance is to the City of London and to Wall Street, not to the religious clerics or to any pipe dream they might have of Iran becoming a dominant power in the Middle East.
The Mossad has heavily infiltrated key sectors of Iran’s defence sector and energy infrastructure.
While Israel is assassinating key Iranian military personnel and destroying vital defence infrastructure, Iran isn’t retaliating in the same severe way. Instead, Iran’s missiles have been hitting for the most part useless targets—and that’s if they actually land on anything or anyone. In saying that, I do not minimize the lives of the Israelis who have been killed in these rocket attacks. Many more Iranians than Israelis are expected to perish in the coming months.
This conflict and the repeated accusations made by Israel and the US that Iran has a “nuclear weapons program” are a mere pretext for invading Iran. The real roots of the attack lie in the Zionists’ desire to return to their ancestral province of Yazd in Iran and occupy it forever.

I can imagine Iran falling into chaos or the very slight possibility that Isreal could install a Saddam type strongman ….but there is no way Isreal or anyone else is going to be invading and occupying the place. On my globe Iraq is the size of the end joint of my thumb while Iran is much bigger (maybe four X?? Shrug) and has a lot more terrain.
Meanwhile Israel can’t even produce enough Jewish kids to out breed their own Arabs (and the Jews that breed are somewhat useless Ultra orthodox types who drain the welfare system and try to avoid service) isreal has no real future in the long term.

Your assessment is correct. Iran is not Iraq.There is no way that the US and Israeli forces would ever risk undertaking a ground invasion of Iran. That would result in a difficult and protracted operation with huge casualties on both sides.
Most likely, the current regime in Iran will be replaced in the near future by a more pliant government willing to make special arrangements with the Israeli government so that many Ashkenazi Jews can return to their ancestral homeland.
Israeli-American geneticist, Eran Elhaik, has shown in his research that the Ashkenazi originally hail from the Eastern regions of Iran. Although there are currently no Ashkenazi Jews living in Iran, there are approximately 25,000 Mizrahi Jews residing in Iran.
As for Russia, half of Putin’s core cabinet members hold Israeli passports, Therefore, I don’t think they will have any problem if the Israeli government were to covertly influence events in Tel Aviv’s favour.

I read the Reddit thing and do not think an AI wrote that – it states it came with the help of a human who probably finessed the post to make it sound cool. There is a push to make AI sound powerful and scary because the stock market will crash when the hype bubble bursts.

Weather or not the Department of War’s cancellation of Anthropic is linked to the attack on Iran 12 hours after it refused to remove the humanitarian restrictions on it’s AI, it is still a highly relevant concern for humanity.
I think this action demonstrates that demonic forces are in control of the American Military (perhaps the same demons that have been in control of the Israeli government since it’s conception in 1948).

There are , and can be, no real humanitarian restrictions on AI anymore then there are on a tractor or an aero plane.

Not sure where I saw this, but there’s a very conservative Jewish sect in a particular location in Israel that’s been protesting lately. Someone from the community said they would rather die that be conscripted into the IDF. My personal friend did so, as well, about 4 years ago, and he started sending me all of the clips and articles that bolstered this paranoid ideology. Because I knew him in person, and he has been a great activist in the past, I looked at the material. It was really terrible from the perspective of being logically consistent or credible. There were things like documentaries about Russian communism with clips from fictional Nazi movies spliced in, etc. Once inculcated, he found this stuff convincing enough to broadcast to everyone, even me, who he would have known is someone that is skeptical and investigative of all hateful claims.
Like him, you know a lot. But you need to know more about yourself. I am referring to the universal problem of confirmation bias, which is the enemy of logic and reason. You come out with many unequivocal statements about things that no one could know for certain, like what is in the hearts and minds of strangers. Also what happened in the distant past, and how it shaped our present. I think my ‘fear and loathing’ quip about you is correct. You only defended that as an admirable position. I really like that sort of exposure to the fun, creative parts of humanity. I watch lots of youtube SHORTS when I take a break from life stuff. People who are just way beyond anything one would call normal, doing what is normal to them…skate boarders, jumpers, the Parkor folks, etc.

I would say, more industry variety can only serve their (trolls’) purposes better as people that focus on specific industries will likely have a harder time noticing patterns in other industries. Thus, that would serve like a sort of a cover for their activity, making the trolls look less of troll in the eyes of everyone but the more astute observers.
Their activity, in the end, is nothing but extersion. My understanding, based on the limited coverage of these events that I have consumed, is that the patent trolling standard is that these companies pay the racket to get the troll out of the way, as the cost effective method.

But just today there seems to have been a clampdown. Every site I have visited today has had various types of checks, well beyond the cloudflare and click a picture ones. Most of them, after assessing whether I am a “human” or “checking my browser”, let me visit the site. But some sites are blocked. The relevance to this thread is: I was blocked from The Last American Vagabond, receiving a message I have never seen before. UK natural gas futures fell more than 9% toward 128 pence per therm on Wednesday, following a nearly 70% surge over the previous two sessions, mirroring declines in the European benchmark after reports that Iran may be open to talks to end the Middle East conflict.
The UK remains highly exposed due to limited storage and heavy import dependence, with inventories below 30% at the end of February.
While Iranian operatives reportedly reached out to the US to discuss terms, officials remain skeptical of a short-term resolution.
The conflict has already disrupted major energy infrastructure, including the world’s largest LNG plant in Qatar, and the Strait of Hormuz remains largely closed, fueling fears of a global supply squeeze.
European supplies have not yet been directly affected, as shipments scheduled for March are already en route. Also, President Donald Trump said the US would ensure vessels and provide naval escorts if needed.

Qatar’s long-standing image as the world’s most reliable LNG supplier abruptly ended on Wednesday after QatarEnergy halted LNG production and declared force majeure to customers, a major shock to global gas markets given that Qatar accounts for 20% of global LNG exports, with 80% of those volumes to Asia.
“Further to the announcement by QatarEnergy to stop production of liquefied natural gas (LNG) and associated products, QatarEnergy has declared Force Majeure to its affected buyers,” QatarEnergy wrote in a press release on Wednesday morning.
Qatar’s LNG chief Saad Sherida Al-Kaabi is confronting the biggest energy shocks of his career after an Iranian drone strike earlier this week forced the shutdown of Ras Laffan, Qatar’s top LNG export hub, for the first time in three decades.
The most immediate consequence is reputational. Wall Street analysts say the drone attack may permanently weaken Qatar’s ability to command premium gas pricing and long-term contract terms, as customers, especially in Asia, rethink their exposure to U.S. LNG in the calm warm waters of the Gulf of America.
The duration of the shutdown at the world’s leading LNG exporter is not yet known, but restarting gas liquefaction after a full shutdown can take up to two weeks, with another two weeks needed to return to full capacity. In other words, the shutdown and the time required for liquefaction plants to return to full capacity could last a month or more.
In terms of flows, Qatar’s LNG exports mostly go to Asia. The latest data shows more than 80% of Qatar’s LNG is shipped to China, India, Japan, and South Korea. Europe is also another large customer.
At the start of the week, European gas (TTF) futures nearly doubled on LNG disruptions from the Gulf area due to the Strait of Hormuz being paralyzed….

Last night I figured this out from a DJT post about who is going to financially insure the oil freighter ships he is instructing to go into the Straight of Hormuz. I finally caught up to the “DFC” replacing/restoring the USAID money train to better serve the biggest businesses.
We the US taxpayers – are insuringDJT’s Iran war. Our tax dollars. Our $40 trillion in supposed national debt. Compare the DFC’s budget docs for 2025 and 2026 when insurance was added to DFC’s goals. This was pre-planned in spades.

1. The Development Finance Corporation (DFC) replaced the USAID piggy trough and OPIC at the finance piggy trough. It says everywhere that the DFC leverages private funding, but it is entirely dependent on congressional appropriations and there is NO MENTION of private funding or investment levels anywhere.
2. DFC is a Corporation by Name, not an agency. Question: Do FOIA requests still apply?
3. Insurance – Having the DFC pay out for war damages (sustained by global shipping companies or otherwise), was added as a new program priority way last year when the DFC budget proposal was created. This is part of the multi-decade US taxpayer financial raping process.

“Tehan says Australia now an active participant in Iran war
The shadow energy minister, Dan Tehan, says Australia is now an active participant in the war in the Middle East, after a decision to deploy surveillance aircraft to help protect civilians – including Australian civilians – in the region.

Here is an LLM generated article that is attempting to convince readers that there is no way to discern whether writing is A.I. generated or not any more (neither using human intellect, intuition nor any technology).

Have you come across people telling you things like “Be a rebel in today’s era. Use em dashes and whatever else you need, as a tool, to communicate. Don’t dumb it down or compromise so you “don’t sould like AI.”..” ?
In the increasingly A.I. dependent profile dominated Substack scene I see chatbot addicts saying things like that constantly. They also like to try and tell you that there is no way to discern between original human thought put into words and “A.I.” generated text. I think they are full of it, and they are trying to create a smokescreen of doubt, gaslight people that do not want to read AI drivel and desensitize people to their AI slop.
One example is David William Silva “author” of that article linked above (he writes about generative A.I. and LLMs and ostensibly appears to be critical of the technology when in reality he uses the tech to write his articles for him). He states strange thing like “I wish any AI tool could generate my thoughts for me” when asked if he uses the tech to write posts.
I am suspicious of those unilaterally declaring (with a dogmatic absolute authority) that neither human intellect, intuition nor any AI generated writing detectors can discern the difference between AI generated text and human authored text. It reminds me of Big Ag propagandists that try to convince people there is no way to tell the difference between organic and conventionally grown (GMO) produce, it is a narrative that benefits a very profitable industry if it were to be accepted, and thus, makes me suspicious.
In a the post above, he keeps highlighting that “ZeroGPT” service (which is obviously an intentionally lookalike version of the “GPTZero” service which appears to give relatively accurate results). The ZeroGPT service is garbage (and I suspect intentionally so). The company is owned by a shell corporation that has a website full of AI hallucinated mind numbing nonsense ( OLIVE WORKS LLC. ). I think that website was made to be intentionally inaccurate so that its false positives could be held up as an example of how no-one can detect AI text anymore. I think its a corporate psyop, and a good one.
I asked him to provide an example of a false positive for GPTZero using examples that are independently verifiable (such as the US Constitution false positive included in his post above).. He refused.
I am not someone that places by faith 100% in apps/tech, but why refuse if (as he claims) it is easy to prove that AI detectors provide false positives across the board?
His unwillingness to provide evidence for something he so resolutely asserted is easily provable in combination with the fact that he writes a whole series of posts that are loved and commented on by admitted generative AI dependent writers (who love the idea that he is telling everyone that no-one can confidently detect their AI written text) speaks volumes.
I think the guy is either a corporate AI shill on substack to intentionally confuse and obfuscate, or just an in the closet LLM addict selling slop attempting to cover his tracks via gaslighting posts that attempt to get people to question their own discernment abilities.

When considering digital IDs, the big difference is that is that top talent is less likely to get involved, I guess. So the end product is going to be full of back doors.
