That said, I heard Salk was a horrible guy, and also rather tend towards the idea that monkey parts in the Congo polio vaccine trails were how AIDS got going- at least enmass- in humans.

The pandemic babies are a real thing….. I know someone who works in the schools who noticed the difference. That said the pandemic isolation was not the ONLY cause…..kids used to come into school with some basic knowledge that they now lack.
Two or three generations of day care and TV have had a cumulative effect on parents who often lack basic parenting skills.
Not being TOILET TRAINED was a rare thing just 20 or so years ago, now its increasingly an issue.
People used to grow up just fine isolated in family groups, just not in an apartment with a screen addicted parent and sibling.

Late Thursday, commodity traders were shocked to see the surge in demand for spatulas on the Baltic Dry Index report. News agencies around the globe began publishing headline stories about the spatula scoop.
“What’s Cooking?” reported that Master Chefs in Asia and Europe are gravely concerned about the shortage. The famous Gordon Ramsay complained, “Now, I’ll have to lick the bowl, not the spatula.”
The spatula crisis has become a spat between nations with some military leaders vowing to fill their armories in spatulas with the hope of licking clean their opponents….
Mothers are irate over spatula shortage. “How am I gonna discipline little Clarence without my trusty carbon fiber spatula? That kid’s butt is harder than a diamond, but worth a helluva lot less.”

I think the “lets remove Gaza from the map” may be related, besides catering to genocidal thirst, to long term plans of supplanting and completely replacing the Suez canal. The new canal is apparently planned right through the Gaza strip, shocking.
mkey, Yes, it’s all about the money. Will Egypt do something to protect its interests in the Suez Canal? They just spent billions upgrading the canal.
Well, not all about money. Much of it is about killing millions of innocents. Money is there as a lubricant and corruptor or souls.
I don’t remember what was the source of this canal information, but I do remember they were saying the existing canal was supposed to be blown completely out of the water by it, so to speak, as it’s quite shallow and narrow. I’ll have to check out these upgrades.
mkey, I vaguely remember reading that Egypt widened and deepened the canal at great expense to be able to handle the new super-sized cargo ships.
This is an interesting news item from 2021, where the canal “authority” chairman, when asked about shipments of Iranian fuel or oil passing through the Suez Canal despite U.S. sanctions on Iranian oil sales, said “There’s no discrimination when it comes to a country flag on ships, and Iranian oil does pass through the canal.”

There have been many medics who went and served in Gaza, doctors and nurses who have testified repeatedly that many, many children are being shot in the chest and head, some more than once. These are definitely sniper bullets.They also have little supplies to work with, and yet…. Now the needles. Monsters all. In the past eight months thousands of Israelis have basically colonized and taken over this once international small town. They only hang together, and they are so overbearing.
Polio has no association whatsoever with sanitary conditions. This is bonkers. Polio, specifically poliomyelitis, was actually rarely diagnosed, and mimics many conditions which cause paralysis, often temporary.
Polio, as it was used as an excuse/reason to attack with needles, was mainly due to excessive exposures to DDT. This was the heyday of DDT spraying, trucks running down the streets of town with full spray on, and children who have memories of gleefully running behind the trucks to cool down in the “spray”. I know such a person and town, and that’s after 1972. Good old Wyoming.
It’s not only the phones. For some reason, although my old computer won’t allow those on the other end of a skype call to hear me, I know something heard me singing a very old ,randomly recalled song “out of the blue” the other day. As there it was popping up on youtube…just for me…. the very next day.
Get them spatulas out before the selection. One side can be a pic of …and the other a pic of ….., and we can regularly “roast” ’em in our very own kitchens.
You could sell a big rubber curved one for scraping the toilet bowl too. But that has to come as a set, with a plunger, to initially “drain” that “swamp ” bowl. You know whose pic belongs on that one.

I can only assume James has added a new/different camera/lighting setup for his video by seeing this one. I have been having fun using this handy phone feature to order old films on pootube. I like foreign films too, and these are easily accessed after I search for flights to obscure destinations. No need to pay for Alexa at all.
I remember the flouride thing in Brighton UK and the cons fought against it so we didn’t have it, then years later it was rolled out in a more deprived area down the coast; and where hubby comes from in Blackpool – no one goes to the useless public enquiries, already a ‘done deal’! Did anyone catch wind about Iceland volcano Eyjafjallajökull being supposedly close to an eruption? This one caused a lot of commotion in 2010. A friend came back from his work holiday and says people are watching it like a hawk over there.
Glad to hear MySpace mentioned. It was much much better than what we have today. I’m sure that’s why it had to go. Could you, would you investigate the demise of it? From what I’ve managed to work out , it wasn’t exactly organic.
