The Treasonous Bastards acting as Law Enforcement (that were once required to take an Oath of Office swearing to uphold and defend the U.S. Constitution) clearly violated this mans 4th Amendment Rights by taking his Smart Phone with the intention of Phishing for evidence.
The idea that these fake Law Enforcement (criminals in costumes) could get some rough (likely Zionist) Prosecutor to Charge this man with some kind of crime because they wiped his phone clean by way of punching in some numbers that were allegedly supposed to unlock it, is a clear demonstration of just how far down the road to “1984” the Zionists have taken us.
Anyway, this Case needs to be followed just to see how bad things really are. There is no legitimate Case against this mans whose 4th Amendment Rights were violated by those that are taking Tax money in the name of protecting Rights. 50 years ago this man would have had a Civil Law Suit against those in Uniform that violated his Rights. Things are different now that the Zionist have taken over.
That said, I think the Zionists actually want this story to get out thinking that it will put fear in people that are thinking about becoming Activists. Hopefully it will have the opposite effect by making it known that Activist can wipe their phone clean at any time.
PS If this case does not get tossed out of court, the People need to go after the corrupted Judge.

From 2010 to 2014 I traveled THOUSANDS of miles throughout the Rocky Mountain and Coast states with no phone and used my Rand McAlly 8×10 road atlas and eventually added a 3″x3″ GPS.
Since 2014 I have used a $25-40 flip phone.
These sort of stories will become as common as “Show me your papers” in the good ol’ days in Germany.

Yes, many of us are slaves to convenience. While others (children most notably) are getting completely destroyed by the “always online” augmentation.
Women appear to also be quite affected by the concept of social media, I guess it’s about the idea of having a stall of their own, ever available to the prying eyes. Globally, even!
A few weeks ago I’ve noticed a woman at the beech (she was likely quite older than myself, but you never know these days) boss around a young woman (likely in her 20ies) for a picture taking opportunity at the beech during sunset. Crazyes sure love the sunset.
The lass objected a bit and obviously didn’t want to take part in it. It seemed to me posing didn’t sit well with her, which made me like her instantly. She did, however, submit to the matriarch and followed her directions for the picture taking.
I noticed it because the session took quite a while, several minutes. The matriarch appeard quite attuned with her mobile phone camera, and its features. She looked she knew what she was doing.
I notice such events quite often, but it usually involves young mothers and young girls, who react to solicitations to posing for picture taking with glee, they conduct themselves naturally and with ease. Do these women take a pause from time to time to question the values they transfer to their daughters? Lets be conservative and ballpark it at doubtful.
I remember, not THAT long ago, when we as children had our pictures taken, nobody was posing and half of us just looked plain silly doing it. And that was OK, it was just how the children were getting their picture taken. While each photo back then held more value than a thousand photos today.
We are breeding narcissists like trout at the fish farm. It’a sad.

The perspective in your experience might include ‘old school’ anything had a much different intention/ability. Today with the cancel culture so prominent the younger woman could just be camera shy from concern of exposure (pun) to the web.
In the per digital days one would take a few pics and wait a week to see them from the development process. Today with digital jpg’s they can be edited beyond anything we ever knew and out to the world in mins. And yes, the narcissism from so many fashion ‘cops’ etc. drives the caution engine.
As a professional shooter back then I did have a motor drive and could click off a bunch of B&W shots but limited with 36 per roll it was more a learned process of good guessing the speed, aperture, etc. and hope for the best. Today of course one can shoot dozens of shots with the camera doing all the ‘thinking’ which of course is the danger today of AI doing all the ‘thinking’ isn’t it??
Many are missing the bigger understanding of the danger in the AI experience, it is robbing people of their sovereign talents and thinking and problem solving processes. From spell checking and location searching to auto maintenance or phone number recall, if you don’t use it, you lose it hey?? That music thing of “We’ll fix it in the mix”

I can confirm that these denials feel good. They are also se effective that you have to wonder what would they do if more people were doing it.
For example, I stopped paying national TV “license” quite a few years ago. Total savings are about 130€ per year, the sooner you stop the higher they pile up. I think it’s been since about 2017. Where does the time go?
But the juice is having those soulless life sucking “inspectors” (they have credentials and cheap shirts lol) show up from time to time, trying to “catch” me watching TV. Or listening to radio. How did he destroy his own property? The phone wasn’t destroyed. He made the police delete the digital content, thass all. What crime would that be?
That would be “cop logic”. Regular people can make sense of it only while under heavy influence. In the recent Bricks and Minifigs case, a lad was charged with tampering with evidence because he locked his phone before cops illegally seized it.
I’ll always support the push to stop the evil in the world. What’s more important upholding the facade they put over the world to live or fighting the evil that be? Down with NWO. I mean, who tries to ‘invade’ another country wearing only a pair of shorts – it’s a bit like breaking into Israel and taking over a tank in your flip-flops…Oh hang on that really happened didn’t it?! As always, kudos to both of you for the effort that connects us all and aids in keeping us vigelent to the shenaghens of state agency. The quagmire that I’d like to bring up, becuase is hits close to home, is that I heard the rumbles of activists who were planning ways of protesting a data center being built close to Spokane, Washington. It seemingly happened, right on cue, that once I started engaging with them about organizing the protests then all of a sudden there’s a big firestorm.
This is no joke. The kinling is here is ready to burst, which is not unusual given the area we live in yet what’s unusual, as in what hasn’t been witnessed in the 40 some off years I’ve lived here(that makes me feel older) is that there’s a sequence that seemingly connects it all. The city of Spokane decided to announce a moretorium that they won’t approve a data center until the consequences of approviing a data center are adequately measured.
Full stop right there! Isn’t that the operative function of government to discern what won’t cause harm to the community. Why are they announcing that they are going to take a closer look at this one?
It seems like charades to me, as in gesturing just so you know it was considered after it was already aproved. There’s the usual criticial awareness by those who are already seemingly aware of the evil mechenations of the state. They already say can’t you see that these houses burned down and trees with trees untouched that it’s DEW. Now I haven’t gone to one of those locations to confirm the sight as they do have a level 3 (as in get out now) evacutation status on them so I can’t confirm it yet I do recognize the area.
I mentioned earlier that those who are already seemingly aware of the evil mechenations of the state was with the word “seemingly” because there’s no way to tell if they are an operative of the state. I’ve heard accusations online that this is an effect of direct energy weapons where they can beam lasers to ignite fires. It’s not easy when it hits close to home mostly because there’s no way to stop it.
Perhaps I’m saying too much because it’s not easy already knowing that there’s an agenda. One of the things that I’d love to share though is that the community is standing up and sharing care for all those affected. The rush when the burn started to happen was how can I help, which is used in first person to mention an overwhelming sense of care I’ve seen in the community here.
People’s homes have been burnt to the ground and there was an immediate overwhelming sense of what can be done to help. There were posts about what could be useful, as in clothes/money/hygiene products. Too much of that has seemingly come flooded in because now places aren’t accepting donations. There’s too much stuff. Now they need volunteers to help with it. I found a group that I’ve never been involved with who are asking for volunteers and that’s where I will go.

As far as going thru security, I havent been flying lately, but going into courthouses, where the drill is similar. Inspired by the late great Rosa Koire, I make them “call the girl” instead of mindlessly walking thru the xray machine, for the sake of convenience.
While she is patting me down (feeling me up) in public, I recite the 4th amendment edited for succinctness: The people’s right to be free in their persons, from unreasonable searches and seizures, SHALL NOT be violated.
Then I say, when she is done, to the assembled violators, “You guys do it everyday for a paycheck”, while smiling sweetly with the Irish twinkle in my eyes. One of the female marshalls, Rodriquez, LOVES me. She smiles when she sees me, hardly feels me up at all.
Another one, in a different courthouse, HATES to be called for my feel up. She especially hates onlookers in the foyer of the courthouse to hear me singing America the Beautiful or the 4th while she does her thing. Last time, she motioned me into a corner, to avoid as many eyes as possible, My singing and recitals make her job look stupid and unpatriotic. I do tell the marshalls that my actions are nothing personal against them, but considering the state of the nation, it is time we started remembering and speaking out about the loss of our freedoms. Most of them understand.
Kudos to the phone scrubber and to all camera climbers!
