FLOP 30: Is the Climate Hoax Finally Over?

by | Nov 9, 2025 | Newsletter | 17 comments

Guess what, folks? The climate emergency has been cancelled!

That’s right, as my listeners will know by now, no less a personage than famed climate crusader Dr. [sic] Bill Gates is now admitting that climate change “will not lead to humanity’s demise” after all.

As my loyal listeners will also know by now, Gates has his reasons for backtracking on his decades of climate scare-mongering. (SPOILER: it’s not because he’s suddenly realized that the climate scare is a hoax!)

Unsurprisingly, this very public about-face has caused much hand-wringing in the clique of climate fearmongers. Take Michael Mann—yes, that Michael Mann. He has already penned a lengthy screed to excoriate Bill for raining on the climate doomporn parade.

As for old Billy boy himself, he wants everyone to know that they’re getting him all wrong! ManBearPig is still super cereal, guys! In fact, Bill’s spending on the climate crusade is actually increasing!

But whether Gates’ backpedaling enables him to win him back his climate-fearing friends or not, perhaps the most important part of his new climate message was the timing of its release. You see, “Three tough truths about climate“—the blog announcing his changing views on the climate emergency—was subtitled “What I want everyone at COP30 to know,” and it was released on the eve of COP30, the UN’s annual global climate summit.

So, what does this (anthropogenic) tempest in a teapot tell us about the future of the climate scam? Let’s find out.

    • Would like to understand this train of thought..

Are you saying that the carbon market is something bad that even BRICS countries like Brazil and Russia have to pretend to do in order to remain diplomatic to the US empire?

Why are these good guys not outright resisting the dog and pony show? Because they are peaceful and don’t want to start a world war? For Brazil’s case, it’s because they need the money?

If it’s to avoid war, why does Putin even bother to say mean things about the West? Isn’t that helping to fan the flames? If it’s for money, then doesn’t that mean there is no refuge to be found in the world, because the good guys are still going to implement the same bad polices anyway?

  1. AH, THE OLD BRAZILIAN CLIMATE SHUFFLE….
    From the 1st one:
Opening remarks by Maurice Strong, who organized the 1st U.N. Earth Climate Summit (1992) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, revealed the real goal:

“We may get to the point where the only way of saving the world will be for industrialized civilization to collapse. Isn’t it our responsibility to bring this about?”
    – – – – – – – – – – – – –
Deputy Assistant of State Richard Benedick, who then headed the policy divisions of the U.S. State Department said at the conference:

“A global warming treaty [Kyoto] must be implemented even if there is no scientific evidence to back the [enhanced] greenhouse effect.”
    – – – – – – – – – – – – –
Former U.S. Senator Timothy Wirth (D-CO), then representing the Clinton-Gore administration as U.S Undersecretary of State for global issues, to the Rio audience:

“We have got to ride the global warming issue. Even if the theory of global warming is wrong, we will be doing the right thing in terms of economic policy and environmental policy.”
    – – – – – – – – – – – – –
    AND BEFORE THAT…
    – – – – – – – – – – – – –
In 1988, former Canadian Minister of the Environment, Christine Stewart, told editors and reporters of the Calgary Herald:

“No matter if the science of global warming is all phony…climate change [provides] the greatest opportunity to bring about justice and equality in the world.”
    – – – – – – – – – – – – –
In 1996, former Soviet President Mikhail Gorbachev emphasized the importance of using climate alarmism to advance socialist Marxist objectives:

“The threat of environmental crisis will be the international disaster key to unlock the New World Order.”
    – – – – – – – – – – – – –
    AND THE REALITY OF COURSE…
Carbon dioxide is necessary for plant growth. Less then 150 ppm and all plant life will die ending the production of oxygen and thus, ending the existence of humanity.
More Carbon Dioxide in the air means crops grow better and require less water.
    – – – – – – – – – – – – –
The total amount of “carbon emission” from humans, including all factories, cars, etc. would be the decimal equivalent of .038 percent approximately, meaning it would be equal on a football field, if you put a dime on edge at the goal line and the other hundred yards was the other contributors.

  2. The end you seek is determined by the means!
If your means is brute force, e.g., deadly threat, then a humane end is impossible. Few need to be forced to do the logical thing. Those who refuse to learn from experience have that right. Liberty allows the freedom to be wrong and the freedom to correct a mistaken consensus belief. The “truth” doesn’t need to be protected at the expense of life, liberty, happiness, it is demonstrably reasonable.

  3. Below-mentioned, another member of the global cabal jumping ship from climate to oil/gas though it may help the ‘Taking Back Alberta Movement’ and Alberta Premier Danielle Smith’s stance on Alberta independence characterized by a focus on federal-provincial negotiations and empowerment for Alberta within Canada.

Mark Carney has shifted his focus from climate action to championing oil and gas development, positioning Canada as an “energy superpower”
. Since becoming Prime Minister, he has reversed key climate policies like scrapping the consumer carbon tax and pausing the electric vehicle mandate, while fast-tracking new oil and gas projects and emphasizing technologies like carbon capture, say sources like The Wall Street Journal and The Narwhal. This change has drawn criticism from environmental groups who view it as a reversal of Canada’s climate commitments, reports West Coast Environmental Law.

  4. Oops! I can’t keep track of this jumper. I meant to enter the following.

‘Carney calls pipelines “boring,” touts data centres instead Carney dismissed pipelines as “boring” in a Toronto speech, seemingly mocking concerns about new oil infrastructure while championing data centres and tech as the future of Canada’s economy.

  5. Life evolves. Lies evolve.
    Slowly.
When do you think the BBC, NPR, and Popular Mechanics, etc., will be able to turn their big ships, that have been going full throttle for decades? Just this morning, I was treated to a whole bunch of the stale propaganda and buzzwords from them.

    • Hahaha, I was listening to NPR and they had a piece about how free speech was actually invented so white guys could oppress people….. they can change direction but anyone who actually believes the is not important

      • Diversity is our strength! You, not included.
NPR has gone to absurd lengths to prop up propaganda, but I don’t agree that anyone who listens to them is not important. They may rely on weak arguments and paradigms, but they have plenty of power and influence. Hopefully some of these victims of the brainwashing can eventually be reached by the simple logic of the situation (like that presented by Bob Roberts, below). Then maybe some truth can spread, as did the lies…

        • Hankey

Pretty much only boomers listen to NPR- the boomers will stop being relevant within a few years because as the older ones die off they will not be the most importent workers, consumers or voters.

The foreign born population of NY is a big reason for why they got Mandani in up there.

But more as a principle people whi form their opinions because of NPR dont matter because they will think whatever the people who control NPR tell them to 🙂

          • So people only matter when they are clever and informed?
I understand what you are saying, but the choice of terms is unnecessarily arrogant.

            • Hankey

Arrogant as it may sound it’s simply a fact that people who are forming tjeir opinions based on NPR dont matter to the outcome because they can’t actually do anything without thinking about it, and they can’t think about it if their thoughts are being programmed into them by the people who control NPR…..so while they certainly have value as human beings tjeir irrelevant to how things turn out.

I specifically said WHY Boomers (the major of NPR listeners these days) dont matter…..they are aging out of relevance and won’t be able to do much, even if they had the will to…..I think Clinton was the first and Trump will be the last Boomer president.

As the first generation to be truly controlled by mass media they were pretty interesting TBH. People who hate on them will be pretty sorry to see them go because the country will be be way more third world in a decade

              • We are talking around each other.  We agree that people who trust NPR, etc., are usually foolish and wrong.
I am just questioning the use of the specific term, “don’t matter.”
If you say or do some things that are foolish or wrong, does it follow that you don’t matter?
If I say or do some things that are foolish or wrong, does it follow that I don’t matter?

            • Hankey

I think we are using the word differently

Matter in the sense I use it here means able to influence the outcome of events for others or themselves.

Human beings have innate value as Gods creations, thus they “matter” in how we ought to act towards them…..but the vast majority are not able to influence the outcome of big events- you and I don’t “matter” in regards to if there is a war over Taiwan.

The fact that i dont matter in regards to that does not bother me a great deal, the sad thing is that large number of people choose to not matter in regards to if they survive the changing situation and leave it ALL up to chance

  6. 1) The amount of CO2 is 400ppmv
    2)The amt of H2O vapor is 30,000ppmv
    3) the molar ratio of H2O vapor to CO2 is 73
    4) 5% of CO2 is man made so: 20×73=1460 therefore water vapor is 1460 times more effective in heating the atmosphere than CO2.

    5) Finally a quote from a well respected text book:

“An average of slightly less than 30% of the incoming solar radiation is returned into space: by reflection,(back-scattering) from clouds(19%), backscattering by air molecules and particles in the air (together 6%), and reflection at Earths surface (3%). Almost 25% of the solar radiation is absorbed within the atmosphere, mostly by ozone in the stratosphere (3%) and by clouds(5%) and water vapor (17%) in the troposphere. The
remaining 47% of the incoming solar radiation is absorbed at the Earth’s surface.”

“Of the solar energy absorbed at Earth’s surface, a little more than half goes into latent heat, that is heat absorbed by water as a consequence of its transformation from liquid form to vapor form at Earth’s surface and released again into the atmosphere when water droplets condense into clouds. Other significant amounts of surface heat energy are transferred to the atmosphere by convection and turbulence (10%) and by the absorption of infrared radiation by the greenhouse gases. Of the 47% of the initial solar energy absorbed at Earth’s surface, only 18% is lost by radiation, because the remainder is captured in the atmosphere. This atmosphere-surface cycling is the greenhouse effect.”

Section #5 is a direct quote from: Atmospheric Change an Earth System Perspective. By T.E. Graeder and Paul Crutzen page 45.

    Conclusion

The calculations made in sections 1-4 show that water vapor is 1460 times more effective in heating the atmosphere of Earth than man made carbon dioxide. This is called the green house effect. In section 5 we saw that 47% of the incoming solar radiation is absorbed at the Earth’s surface. Fully 1/2 of this energy goes
into the vaporization of liquid water to water vapor. When this water vapor turns back into liquid water a large amount of heat is produced. This latent heat due to vaporization of ocean water has nothing to do with the greenhouse effect, yet it is an important factor in heating the Earth’s Atmosphere. Plainly stated the greenhouse effect is 73 times more dependent on water vapor than on CO2 and 1460 times more dependent when considering man made carbon dioxide. The world wide increase in atmospheric CO2 is more likely due to the oceans being heated by an increase in solar radiation which will cause dissolved CO2 in sea water to enter the atmosphere.

  7. I slightly disagree with the analysis that the reason for the backtrack is mainly about data centers.

If that is the case, how are they going to convince the public to accept the concept of carbon wallet, carbon trading, the essence of Technocracy?

A second pandemic by itself is not convincing enough to persuade the apolitical public that climate change is the reason for the pandemic, and so they have to adopt One Health, and be locked up in Smart/Freedom cities.

Remember the strange Dubai flood in 2024? That period also saw strange sudden localized floods in some countries, ie. parts of Russia, China. Remember Hurricane Helene? It is strangely accurate in hitting areas with rare Earth deposits.

I think the narrative around 2027-2028, towards the end of Trump’s chaotic civil war term, would be at least a world-wide scale flooding, if not coupled with another pandemic, to seal the deal for the global audience that the lax attitude of humanity during the era of Trump and his dismissive attitude towards climate change, helped tipped the scale towards global emergency, and a strict global One Health non-human administration is the only way to slow down the transmissions, while we live out a decade in Smart/Freedom cities and wait for the flooded areas to recede.

What Bill Gates is doing is simply to exemplify that lax attitude.

  8. Could it be possible Billy boy just doesnt want to sound like a complete imbecile on the climate hoax?
Or is there something else lurking in his slimy brain? Time will tell.
