Welcome. This is James Corbett of The Corbett Report with your increasingly inaccurately named Sunday Update for Friday, October 23, 2026.
And now for the real news.
US Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. has revealed the reason for the ongoing measles outbreak in the United States: not enough people have received their measles vaccine.
RFK Jr.: We’re having a global measles outbreak right now. It’s all over the world, and the measles outbreak is occurring because so many people went unvaccinated during the Covid pandemic. And this is something that Anthony Fauci, in fact, predicted. He said, “We’re going to kill more people from measles than we save from Covid, as we’re shutting down measles vaccination programs.” So now, six years later, we’re seeing that population. We have a global outbreak.

RFK Jr.’s expression of concern over this “pandemic of the unvaccinated” is especially puzzling, as the safety of the measles, mumps and rubella vaccine, as well as the other 72 vaccine doses formerly on the US’ childhood immunization schedule, has long been challenged by experts…like RFK Jr.
RFK Jr.: When I was a kid, we got three three vaccines and I was compliant. But my kids got 94 doses of 17 vaccines and all those were added—most of them—after 1986, and none of them were ever safety tested.
We know that a lot of these vaccines are effective—like measles vaccine will stop most people from getting measles—but we don’t know if there’s a risk to it, if there are injuries. And you can’t tell that unless you have a safety study and none of them have been safety studied.

Meanwhile, critics have pointed out that the establishment media’s real agenda behind ginning up public hysteria over a measles outbreak that has killed fewer than a dozen people is to divert attention from the more serious medical emergencies facing America (and the world) today. One of the loudest voices amongst these critics is…RFK Jr.
In 10 years there have been 3 measles deaths in America. There are now about 1.2 million deaths every year from food-induced illness. The media and certain demagogue politicians are constantly trying to scare us about infectious disease. We take the attention away from the chronic disease that is being caused by powerful entities, by Big Food companies, by Big Pharmaceutical companies.

These comments come after years of RFK Jr. sparring with his arch-rival, RFK Jr.
In 2018, for example, environmental lawyer RFK Jr. won an historic $290 million case against Monsanto and its glyphosate-based, cancer-causing weed killer, but that win was negated by HHS Secretary RFK Jr., who this past February backed a presidential executive order aimed at boosting glyphosate production.
RFK Jr. has also squared off with RFK Jr. on the issue of digital tracking and surveillance, with RFK Jr. warning about the 5G digital tracking grid and RFK Jr. promoting wearable tracking devices as a way for people (and Big Tech) to monitor their health.
One thing all RFK Jrs. can agree on, however, is that Israel is the US’ greatest ally and that the genocide in Gaza is a great thing.
JOURNALIST: In an interview with Reuters at his home in Los Angeles, independent US presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. offered staunch support for Israel, calling it a “moral nation” that was justified in responding to the Hamas militant group in Gaza.
RFK Jr.: The world community has isolated Israel and has said, “You’re on your own.” And I think as long as Israel is in that position, its only choice is to destroy Hamas.

RFK Jr.: 85% of people in those countries, when polled, believe that it’s okay to kill civilian Jews and that Israel has no right to exist. And their purpose is to destroy Israel and to exterminate the Jewish people. Now, Israel on the other hand, only deliberately attacks military targets.
[…]
JIMMY DORE: You’re saying Israel doesn’t—I know, I’ve covered stories where they bombed schools. What are you talking about?
RFK Jr.: Well, never, never, never deliberately. In war—
DORE: Oh, yes. Yes. That’s not true.

RFK Jr.: If Israel wanted to commit a genocide against Palestinians, they could do it in a minute. It’s doing the opposite. The Palestinian population is growing enormously around Israel.

So, what is this RFK Jr. vs RFK Jr. rivalry really about, and what should would-be MAHA supporters make of this cognitive whiplash?
In order to make sense of this ongoing duel, we turn to Sunday Update’s trusted source, new White House Press Secretary Barbie McLawyerson.
TOM LLAMAS: And good day. We are coming on the air with some breaking news out of the White House. NBC has learned that President Trump’s latest press secretary, Katie Zachariah, is now out after a week on the job.

Damn! I was really hoping she’d become a recurring character.
Well, then, those who are interested in making sense of RFK Jr.’s latest MAHA meltdown should become a Corbett Report member and read all about it in this weekend’s subscriber newsletter!
In other news, Israeli Prime Minister and bloodthirsty maniac Benjamin Netanyahu unveiled a new Israeli national security doctrine this past Sunday.
The doctrine, as Israel National News reports, emphasizes a shift in strategic thinking, “giving priority to prevention and offense over containment and defense, including launching preemptive strikes to thwart evolving threats; strengthening home front defense against new threats; cementing Israel’s status as a regional power; building maximum independence in munitions; ensuring superiority in the most advanced technologies; intensifying the fight against global waves of antisemitism,” and, as Israel National News strangely omits to mention, killing innocent women, children and journalists and sodomizing Palestinian prisoners.
Netanyahu also used the opportunity to outline the development of two competing power blocs in the Middle East.
BENJAMIN NETANYAHU: The Shiite axis: an axis we know. And there is also the Sunni axis. The Sunni axis is, in practice, led by Turkey. One is led by Iran. We have to bring down its regime. And the other is led by Erdogan.
Now let’s look at the next threat. It is the convergence of the axis. They could converge and create a cluster of threats around us. Two enormous threats that would of course endanger the entire region.

As The Middle East Eye reports, the map that Netanyahu used to demonstrate his so-called “Sunni axis” is itself controversial.
Apparently produced by Germany’s Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung Institute, the map shows Israel and the UAE in alliance with a paramilitary force in Sudan which is accused of committing genocide, as well as separatist forces in Libya, Yemen and Somaliland. It also omits long-time Israeli partners Egypt and Jordan from this so-called alliance.
Netanyahu’s public presentation is likely to raise concerns among critics about Israel’s support for secessionist groups and the partition of fragile states. He showed a government in eastern Libya controlled by Khalifa Haftar to be aligned with Israel.
Yemen’s Southern Transitional Council, a UAE-backed separatist movement that dissolved in January 2026 and re-emerged as the Transitional Council of South Arabia, was also shown on the map as being friendly towards Israel and the UAE.
That Netanyahu would attempt to redraw the map of the Middle East by presenting a map should come as no surprise. This “Sunni alliance” map is in fact just the latest in a long line of controversial maps displayed by the war criminal, who has long demonstrated a Wile E. Coyote-like affinity for cartoon bomb drawings and a Bond villain-esque penchant for salivating over aspirational maps depicting criminal land grabs.
Experts are predicting Bibi’s next move will be to simply claim ownership of the earth. (Bibi holding globe that is just one big Israeli flag)
Finally this week, IDF proponent and purported “funny man” Jerry Seinfeld just gave the unintentionally funniest performance of his career, proudly declaring himself a racist and dancing excitedly as he was accused of supporting genocide in Gaza.
PROTESTOR: Seinfeld! Seinfeld, listen to me!
JERRY SEINFELD: Yes?
PROTESTOR: You’re a racist. There are 74,000 dead Palestinians. 74,000 Palestinians have been killed by the racist state of Israel.
SEINFELD: I am a racist.
[…]
SEINFELD: I’ve definitely have had enough. Perhaps it was the cell-service provider themselves. You know what?
PROTESTOR 2: Well, I’ve had enough of genocide! 74,000 Palestinians have been killed! 74,000 Palestinians have been killed with our taxpayer money. 22,000 Palestinians who are children now are killed with our taxpayer money and you’re making jokes?
SEINFELD: I’m racist! It’s a genocide. I’m into it!

Larry David’s protégé’s on-stage meltdown is now drawing international attention.
Reporting on the incident, The Times of Israel noted that,
One man shouted that 74,000 Palestinians had been killed. Seinfeld replied, “I am a racist.” Another protester raised the killing of Palestinian children, and Seinfeld answered, “I’m racist, it’s a genocide, I’m into it.”
[…]
Maybe he was performing absurdity and being sarcastic. Maybe not. It doesn’t really matter; the pull-quote stands. He was inviting his audience to laugh at the people who had raised the concern about thousands of Palestinian children killed by the Israeli military Seinfeld had been photographed supporting.
No word yet on whether Seinfeld is receiving advice from former co-star and fellow funnyman Michael Richards, nor any confirmation they will be teaming up for an on-stage meltdown comedy tour.
And that’s the news you won’t hear anywhere else.
