It is now written in stone:
Fluoridated water poses an unreasonable risk of injury to people and the environment.
The debate is over.
It is now an official “Conclusion of Law.”
#121 – On September 24, Federal Judge Chen had ruled that water fluoridation at the level of 0.7 mg/L presents an “unreasonable risk of injury to health or the environment, without consideration of costs or other non-risk factors, including an unreasonable risk to a potentially exposed or susceptible subpopulation under the conditions of use.”
#122 – He then orders the Administrator of the EPA to apply TSCA regulations and perform risk level evaluations for rulemaking considerations. The Judge highlights the toxicity level evaluations by the famous Dr. Philippe Grandjean as a model to go by. Grandjean testified in the fluoride trial. He was the one who previously set national toxicity standards for the EPA with mercury and with PFAS.

It is very clear. Seven years of experts on both sides of the issue in Federal Court, and at last the Judge ruled on Sept 24.
The debate is over. To fluoridate drinking water is an unreasonable health risk.
The EPA is charged with “rulemaking” which could take years. However, the rules will NOT imply that consuming 0.7 mg/L of fluoride is without health risks, because of the “Conclusion of Law”.
Lawyers are already looking at the fluoride injuries.

Tax payers, voters, it is all generally the same, but this “3:1″ores actually took the time to vote for the wrong thing. Of course, I don’t know about the conditions at the time, maybe the local media whipped’em up in a frenzy, which would make it all the same as the usual stupid.
It would ve interesting to see how would a no tax vote go. Likely the same, 3:1 sounds just about right.

You got some of my long dormant braincells firing about construction of a ‘ grift’.
With rigged vote tally machines you must still have the bodies show up to give the appearance that people voted. The counting of those bodies and the counting of their vote are two separate things. The 3:1 ers just have to show up weather they vote or not. That’s why I say don’t go then we’ll know.
In my youth I was the Environmental Services guy, I reference the Book and Movie Brazil. I was the character Robert Dinero played.The courthouse was full of secrets and the County Seat Courthouse was double the gossip. Most all the employees where also my clients at their homes. However, the appointed and political positioned people were also, but not gossips, but loved to ” wink” “wink” gossip as though they thought everyone around them were not very smart enough to get the inside jokes . Play along to get along was so thick you could taste it. So, no surprise at all, elections where passed though the approval committee before it was passed to the press. So 3:1 was never a surprise. No tax vote, you must be kidding. Such a comedian.
Yeah, in general people are “stupid” easy to manipulate, lack critical thinking and tend to trust authority. Perhaps it’s the fluoride all these years plus the other chemicals we are being bathed in and the non stop propaganda.
I’d say that in general even without the influences of chemical poisoning and propaganda people tend to be easily led and lazy. A few pioneers and outliers set the trends and effect change. Perhaps part of the frustration is with human nature itself.
I know JC has a positive view of humanity and I do see the potential and good that is possible, but I also see the darkness and the shadow that also exists.
It’s important to try despite frustration and obstacles because that is what life is about. Going out and trying and doing and living. Even if someone fails, it is better to try than sit around.

The official history posits that the Croatian history started a bit after the Roman empire went under (in the form it was at the time). The people before were Illyrians. But anyhow, historically, there wasn’t a lot of fighting spirit among the people on these lands. There were a few historical figures that presented quite a capacity to put a wrench in the cogs of various military offensives. One of these events (a counterpart to the battle at Thermopylae) all but broke the back of a Turkish offensive heading up north, that apparently lost and never regained momentum afterwards.
Either way, the history of bloodshed on the old continent is as old as the continent itself.

After viewing the TSM report I couldn’t help but notice the satellite picture of the storm.
On the west side of the storm it’s flat sidedness shows where the storm runs into the high pressure doom above Oklahoma. Look at the line of Oklahomas’ east boundary. That storm hit the wall and was pushed back into the east . Normally it would have dissappated across the upper plains states and the fall rains that are normal would have occured. No rain in Ok now for weeks. U V is extremely high. I was in Colorado on the 24,25,and 26th of September. At 8600ft. The UV was way less than when I returned home at 700ft and absolutely got fried last week. Haven’t seen a cloud here in 7 days. Mellisa Dykes isn’t fibbing, ” It’s just not natural”

I am part of a Norwegian Facebook group which translated is called yes to cash. Only 64000 members, but that is not too bad in this small country after all. But another group called the people rebellion against climate hysteria has 157000 members and I think it had almost 250000 once. It is easy to live cashless in Norway. Vipps is one of the solutions that make life easier. The Word means something like something done in an instant. The systems are «always» working and cover all possible situations «everywhere», even in remote places as long as it is not too far from a road. We have a really good 4G Network. I have only used cash maybe 5-10 times the last 10 years. But it is good to have as a backup, I think anyone agrees with that as you said. It has never been allowed to deny someone to pay with cash. But that happens. I don’t know how much of an issue it is.
