The Canadian Military Declares War on Canadians – #PropagandaWatch

by | Nov 13, 2020 | Propaganda Watch | 37 comments

Dan Dicks of joins us to delve deeper into the insane story of the Canadian military fake wolves psyop. We go beyond the ludicrous story of the government using fake wolves to scare the public to discover that the Canadian military is now openly announcing that they are targeting the Canadian public themselves with their newly-weaponized public affairs department. The Canadian military has declared war on Canada. Will Canadians even notice?

  1. Thank you James and Dan. Keep up the good work. There are some of us out here that NEVER wear a submission mask and WON’T lock down or comply with tyranny. American Patriots are willing to defend freedom at any cost.

  2. Anybody else wonder if this is an echo if the 60’s? Seems I remember many US Vietnam-war-era “draft dodgers” sought and received refuge in Canada.

Could it be that the US is helping to fund this idea nip NYers ideas of escape in the bud? After all, last time Cambridge Analytic was in the news they were exposed in activities in the US. SCL and Cambridge Analytica influenced elections and were accused of coertion, blackmail and bribery. We didn’t have an election recently did we?

Of course, these guys stole data from “fifty million” Facebook users, didn’t they?

Speaking of which, does anybody know why YOUTUBE crashed worldwide night before last?

  3. This propaganda exercise is in the same vein as the War Of The Worlds alien radio broadcast, and had a similar effect on the public.

    • Thank you for your work James and Dan. I have only in the past few months become awake (entirely due to the so-called ‘pandemic’) to some of the realities of how governments and corporations really operate, and you have been an invaluable resource to me in this education.
Interesting thread on twitter positing that the whole charade kicked off with a false false flag!
This must of course have been in conjunction with the WHO etc etc…
Seems entirely plausible to me. What do other people think?

    • Yes, I live on the island that H.G. Wells modelled his War of The Worlds on. What is covered up in history is just how much of a fight the indigenous population put up against their British Marian invaders. Even to the extent that they had captured guns from them, taught themselves how to use them and were fighting back (previously they had only had spears)

It would be a long stretch to say they were actually winning, but their defeat came about because they accepted peace agreements from pacifists and of course it resulted in them being rounded up and having their culture destroyed.

There’s nothing lower than a pacifist in my opinion, they are even lower than a slave, and of course pacifism results in slavery anyway, so keep up the good fight everyone!

      • in these days of the face-hook screen, its the mediocre marketing people that are kicking ass, maintaining any old dollar-narrative, never mind the carnage, who, outside of their corporate ramparts, are dead leaves scuffing along. gutter-balls.

The mighty forests will rebuild automatically, but not likely in our life time; meanwhile, in order to fight for ones life and learn to love it, to actually partake in the verve of life’s longing, I suggest making beauty; it may sound like reality reduced to the absurd, but personally a good reflex that seems to have helped avert nonsense and open possibility.

    • Some one tried to repeat that hoax…. it went…badly for him….as in mob burning down the radio station.

Hmn… I heard THIS bit somewhere before, bottom of the article

“..They simply trusted the new media of radio, and couldn’t believe that someone would deliberately lie to them…”

“…eing the effectiveness of the broadcast as perhaps being too calculated, the writer Daniel Hopsicker even speculated that the 1938 broadcast was a psychological experiment funded by The Rockefeller Foundation, a conspiracy theory which was dismissed by Orson Welles…”

  4. After this I think I need one of those T-shirts that says

The Boy Who Cried Wolf was not meant to be an instruction manual!

  5. Article:
Possible Leaked Roadmap for the Next Phase of the Agenda in Canada.
Reviewed by Dave Cullen of the Computing Forever channel

    Part 1 of 3:

The Canadian Report published an article that lays out a leaked timetable from a anonymous member of the Strategic Planning committee steered by the PMO. So it might be authentic or not. Anyway, the article is truly chilling and it deemed important enough to be picked up and reviewed by Dave Cullen of the Computing Forever channel.

Dave Cullen’s review of the article is called “Possible Leaked Roadmap for the Next Phase of the Agenda”:

The article itself is called “Is this leaked info really Trudeau’s crazy COVID plan for 2021? You decide …”:

    • I anticipate the following article in the Canadian Clarion: “Prime Minister Trudeau responded to a recent video released on social media of explicit scenes showing him having sex with an 11 year old. Trudeau responded: “The new law giving 11 year olds the right to make their own decisions about vaccination without parental consent or knowledge, changes everything. The young lady seen in the video had given both verbal and notarized written consent to perform those acts at my request. The law will soon be amended to allow 9 year olds the same rights. People will have to adjust to the new normal.

Regarding the wolf scare exercise by the military: these measures, and similar ones, are needed to keep the public on their toes. We will soon be confiscating all weapons exchanging them for party horns, colorful blowouts and small plastic whistles. This is necessary for public protection. I don’t have the figures in front of me but there are numerous deaths annually involving hunting accidents; hunters mistaking other sportsmen wearing red vests with reflective tape, bright yellow pants and fluorescent caps, for deer.

Public health is very important, which is why we’re increasing the social distancing requirements after receiving new information the corona virus has mutated. They now have wings and can fly more than a mile. Which is why we’re asking anyone who lives closer than that distance from their neighbor, to move. But not before burning their current residence to the ground after killing/burying all domestic animals. These are trying times. We must be prepared to roll up our sleeves and pitch in by receiving repeated, experimental, life saving vaccinations. My family will be doing our part, undergoing rigorous self-isolations at numerous chateaux in Switzerland. Thank you for your co-operation. Remember: We’re all in this together.”

Have to pinch myself every morning, then take a cold shower. Even then I’m not convinced I’m awake.

  6. Part 2 of 3:

    The article states:

“The road map and aim was set out by the PMO and is as follows:

    – Phase in secondary lock down restrictions on a rolling basis, starting with major metropolitan areas first and expanding outward. Expected by November 2020.
    – Rush the acquisition of (or construction of) isolation facilities across every province and territory. Expected by December 2020.
    – Daily new cases of COVID-19 will surge beyond capacity of testing, including increases in COVID related deaths following the same growth curves. Expected by end of November 2020.
    – Complete and total secondary lock down (much stricter than the first and second rolling phase restrictions). Expected by end of December 2020 – early January 2021
    – Reform and expansion of the unemployment program to be transitioned into the universal basic income program. Expected by Q1 2021.
    – Projected COVID-19 mutation and/or co-infection with secondary virus (referred to as COVID-21) leading to a third wave with much higher mortality rate and higher rate of infection. Expected by February 2021.
    – Daily new cases of COVID-21 hospitalizations and COVID-19 and COVID-21 related deaths will exceed medical care facilities capacity. Expected Q1 – Q2 2021.
    – Enhanced lock down restrictions (referred to as Third Lock Down) will be implemented. Full travel restrictions will be imposed (including inter-province and inter-city). Expected Q2 2021.
    – Transitioning of individuals into the universal basic income program. Expected mid Q2 2021.
    – Projected supply chain break downs, inventory shortages, large economic instability. Expected late Q2 2021.
    – Deployment of military personnel into major metropolitan areas as well as all major roadways to establish travel checkpoints. Restrict travel and movement. Provide logistical support to the area. Expected by Q3 2021.”

  7. Part 3 of 3:

A long quote from the article:

“What we were told was that in order to offset what was essentially an economic collapse on a international scale, that the federal government was going to offer Canadians a total debt relief. This is how it works: the federal government will offer to eliminate all personal debts (mortgages, loans, credit cards, etc) which all funding will be provided
to Canada by the IMF under what will become known as the World Debt Reset program. In exchange for acceptance of this total debt forgiveness the individual would forfeit ownership of any and all property and assets forever. The individual would also have to agree to partake in the COVID-19 and COVID-21 vaccination schedule, which would provide the individual with unrestricted travel and unrestricted living even under a full lock down (through the use of photo identification referred to as Canada’s HealthPass) .

Committee members asked who would become the owner of the forfeited property and assets in that scenario and what would happen to lenders or financial institutions, we were simply told “the World Debt Reset program will handle all of the details”. Several committee members also questioned what would happen to individuals if they refused to participate in the World Debt Reset program, or the HealthPass, or the vaccination schedule, and the answer we got was very troubling. Essentially we were told it was our duty to make sure we came up with a plan to ensure that would never happen. We were told it was in the individuals best interest to participate. When several committee members pushed relentlessly to get an answer we were told that those who refused would first live under the lock down restrictions indefinitely. And that over a short period of time as more Canadians transitioned into the debt forgiveness program, the ones who refused to participate would be deemed a public safety risk and would be relocated into isolation facilities. Once in those facilities they would be given two options, participate in the debt forgiveness program and be released, or stay indefinitely in the isolation facility under the classification of a serious public health risk and have all their assets seized.”

  8. So I’ve no idea if this is true or not. Dave Cullen from the Computing Forever channel gives it at least some credence or he would not have reviewed it.

If it isn’t true, then we might be careful not to cry wolf too much, otherwise…who is going to believe those crazy conspiratory theorists again?

If it is true, this must be dealt with somehow.

    • Oscar this ‘letter’ has been circulating on the net now for more than a month.
As a Canadian, I can almost guarantee it is entirely fictitious.

It sure does sound scary though. 🙂

      • The “scary” is the point… that way when what happens has happened and its not terrible, but not QUITE as terrible as conspiracy types predicted the people can say “see….. told you its fake!”
It will just be “half” as terrible and everyone will be happy it was ‘not as bad as predicted’….

        • Yes I’ll give you that one for sure.
There have been talks of Covid isolation camps being set up in Canada. That one by itself is scary enough.

          • Those are not ‘talks’ they are a done deal. Here’s a clip (I’m guessing you’ve seen it?) of an independent in Canadian parliament asking the ruling tyrants for more details about it, not getting an answer and then getting his mic cut off.

Independent Member: “… the RFP it uses clear language that these camps can be used for a broad spectrum of people not limited to travelers indeed it doesn’t even mention international travelers but just a broad latitude of people…”

THE CAT was let out of the bag per se during a recent legislative assembly question period in Ontario, Canada, in which Independent Member for Lanark-Frontenac-Kingston Randy Hiller stepped up to ask the premier if the people of the federal government should prepare for internment camps that are not limited to people with COVID.

“Here is the RFP — and in the RFP it uses clear language that these camps can be used for a broad spectrum of people not limited to travelers indeed it doesn’t even mention international travelers but just a broad latitude of people — and I’ll send over a copy of the RFP after,” he explained. “So, your government must be in negotiations and aware of these plans to potentially detain and isolate citizens and residents of our country and our province.”

  9. UPDATE: **SARCASM**No need to worry, everyone! They’ve shut the program down!**/SARCASM**

Posted at almost the exact same time as the video is this update from Pugliese:

Canadians shouldn’t be viewed as “targets” – Military initiative to aim propaganda at public is shut down

“National Defence has shut down a controversial plan that would have allowed military public affairs officers to use propaganda to change attitudes and behaviours of Canadians as well as collect and analyze information from the public’s social media accounts.”

    • Oh thank God for that!
Now we can all breathe a collective sigh of relief. 🙁

One initiative shut down, two more started.

    • BUMP
      BUMP –

“Just a Timing Coincidence of Exposure by the Alternative Media.” 😉

      Article goes on:
…The plan, circulated at National Defence headquarters in draft form last month, would have seen military public affairs staff move from traditional government methods of communicating with the public to a more aggressive strategy of using information warfare and influence tactics on Canadians, its critics say.

Training for such a capability was already underway. The Canadian Forces spent more than $1 million to train public affairs officers on behaviour modification techniques of the same sort used by the parent firm of Cambridge Analytica, the company implicated in a 2016 data-mining scandal to help Donald Trump’s election campaign.

The Canadian Forces initiative also called for the creation of a “Joint Targetting and Information Operations” capability as well as a Defence Strategic Communication team to use “defence activities as a means of communication to influence the attitudes, beliefs, and behaviours of audiences.”

But Laurie-Anne Kempton, the Assistant Deputy Minister for Public Affairs, announced in an email to staff that the initiative to enhance the duties of public affairs officers to include influence activities and information operations was being shut down. “Canadians must have absolute confidence in knowing that we completely understand our role in informing the public space of our initiatives and activities,” she noted. “They must know that they are not targets.”….

    • Good to know the Canadians are safe from wolves for now.

Cue the killer coyotes or perhaps they’ll import some drop bears from Australia and release them into the wild?

  10. I appreciate the fact that James Corbett will sometimes feature old friends who have long been Activists in this InfoWar.

It helps to support the Community.
In the InfoWar, a lot of folks take some hard hits occasionally.

…and …ha! I gotta laugh… sometimes even one’s own audience can be a tough crowd to please on every angle. At least stand-up comedians can go to a different venue.

  11. Speaking of mind games…

The CDC just released a report yesterday, November 13, of mental health data findings among children under age 18 during the Covid crisis. The data show that beginning exactly when the lockdowns began in March and continuing through end of data collection in October, the proportion of mental health-related emergency department visits increased greatly among this demographic. I have included a link to the report and the passages I found to be important.

Mental Health–Related Emergency Department Visits Among Children Aged <18 Years During the COVID-19 Pandemic — United States, January 1–October 17, 2020

Published reports suggest that the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has had a negative effect on children’s mental health.

Beginning in week 12 (March 16) the number of mental health–related ED visits among children decreased 43% concurrent with the widespread implementation of COVID-19 mitigation measures; simultaneously, the proportion of mental health–related ED visits increased sharply beginning in mid-March 2020 (week 12) and continued into October (week 42) with increases of 24% among children aged 5–11 years and 31% among adolescents aged 12–17 years, compared with the same period in 2019.

CDC analyzed NSSP ED visit data, which include a subset of hospitals in 47 states representing approximately 73% of U.S. ED visits.

The number of children’s mental health–related ED visits decreased sharply from mid-March 2020 (week 12, March 15–21) through early April (week 15, April 5–11) and then increased steadily through October 2020. (Figure 1). During the same time, the overall proportion of reported children’s ED visits for mental health–related concerns increased and remained higher through the end of the reporting period in 2020 than that in 2019 (Figure 1). The proportion of mental health–related ED visits among children increased 66%…

Many mental disorders commence in childhood, and mental health concerns in these age groups might be exacerbated by stress related to the pandemic and abrupt disruptions to daily life associated with mitigation efforts, including anxiety about illness, social isolation, and interrupted connectedness to school (5).

The definition of mental health focuses on symptoms and conditions (e.g., stress, anxiety) that might increase after a disaster in the United States and might not reflect all mental health–related ED visits. Still, these data likely underestimate the actual number of mental health–related health care visits because many mental health visits occur outside of EDs.

    • Interesting. Thanks scpat.

Today I received a handprinted letter in purple ink from my 9 year old step-granddaughter (one of my son’s wife’s 4 kids). She wrote it entirely on her own volition, but had to ask Mom how to spell a few words. It was a long letter for a child that age, and was in response to my very long hand written letter to the kids, with four 2 dollar bills. I had slid in ‘hints’ for that age group about the weirdness going on, and even a tad about Martin Luther King, Jr and his assassination, plus stuff about my gardening and plants since they live on acreage. She responded about MLK and other things.

…My favorite dish for Thanksgiving is sweet potatoes “slurp” with marshmellows.
I hate wearing masks during school.
We can take them off at our desks because of our clear dividers. And during recess we can take them off. But when we are walking in the halls our masks get hot.
But I guess I should be greatful (sic) because _____ and ____ (her older high school siblings) can’t take them off at all!….

The letter continues. She tells me that the Mayflower must have smelled stinky.

      • It’s sad to hear those kind of stories. Children shouldn’t have to be subjected to this kind of conditioning and stress at such a young age. I have a feeling there will be long term mental health impacts from all of this for many people.

        • CONTEXT
Regarding the letter anecdote, to put the situation in better context…

This is a small, near-west Texas town in one of the smallest counties of the State, so there is a lot of local community rule. The small school district is pretty wealthy, because of the nuclear power plant in the county. (In the early 70’s I briefly worked construction on the high rafters of that power project by LBJ’s friends.)

So, this small county has a top of the line school building and features. A very large number of students live relatively isolated on their patch of family acreage. It is hard to walk miles and miles to go visit a neighbor kid.

During the summer when I saw the 4 kids, they seemed a bit mopey. After chatting, I find out that they REALLY missed being with their friends at school. They straight up told me. They missed their community interaction with peers. They couldn’t wait to get back to school.

Also, I noticed that the esprit of the school’s students was markedly different compared to other city area schools. It becomes apparent that most all the students cherish their fun interactive peer community.
The pleasant memories of growing up in this environment have been generational. I see it with my son and all the folks he knew from the old school days growing up there who also have moved back.

Around 1981, I had some brief time off from my two jobs, and drove down to see my 4 or 5 year old son. I picked him up from his Mother’s and we went down to the town’s county square. We were going to see the first of the Indiana Jones movies, “Raiders of the Lost Ark”. This was a very old, vintage, small town theatre with maybe 60 seats. We get our popcorn and stuff, then find some seats before the movie starts. The place was packed.
But I was the only adult — the rest was kids all chatting and throwing popcorn, moving around and having a great time. It was noisy. Very, very noisy. Finally, the film starts. I’m thinking to myself, “Okay, everyone will get quiet now.” Nope. Nothing changed…the noise factor even got louder to compete with the film. I am not kidding, I literally could not make out the dialogue of the film. The kids weren’t even watching the movie. My son asks if he can go see his friends. “Sure”, I said.
I toughed it out. But it was a lesson about community.

          • Interesting stories. I chuckled a bit about the kids talking over the movie. Great opportunity to hang out with your buds without parents around. I know I did that.

  12. Perhaps this psychological exercise was meant to keep people in the house. A failed attempt at creatively locking down the populace without the use of a government mandate.

    • I remember citing that quote back in ’69 or so with my buddy who was a drummer.

      • smile sorta face cartoon thing goes here.

  13. For anyone not aware already the gootube channel “UK Column” has great coverage on the scamdemic particularly as it applies to the UK and regularly looks at the applied behavioral psychology techniques being used by the govt arm that has documented their intents with it (sorry i forget the name of the govt branch). Looks like maybe they are just a step ahead of Canada. Much like the Snowden debacle, I think there is benefit from their side in making sure this is out in the open so the public can get used to it and just expect it. Wouldnt surprise me with its commonwealth ties that there is plans to follow the same gameplan as the UK.

  14. This was both alarming and amusing. Since it should be obvious why this is alarming, I will explain why I found this amusing.

Only a week or two ago a large animal shit in my yard on different days. The first pile I suspected was from my asshole neighbors dog. They were deliberately bringing their large dog into my yard to have a shit. I actually do not think this pile was from their dog though. One, animal control has had words with them, and two the composition was unusual for a dog. Looked more like coyote droppings, though they have never to my knowing been in my yard since I have lived here. Neighbors letting this dog get loose, “accidentally”, and them leaving droppings everywhere, could easily have brought coyote around. They also put/leave unsorted garbage out before pick up day, which brings around the coyote and other predator…prey animals. I had decided already that this was from a coyote when a few days later I found a much larger deposit even further into my yard. I can not see how the neighbors dog nor a coyote could have produced this.
Must be a bear or two! That left no other sign of their presence???

Then I heard the earlier report of wolves in Nova Scotia LOL Guess where I live 😉

Well, not likely to be wolves, though the coyote we have here are crossed with both dogs and wolves IMO.

So it looks like the Canadian Military snuck into my yard at night, twice, very quietly, and made some very convincing wolf poop deposits, to try and trick me into helping spread the PSY OP 😉

    Or bears.

  15. I moved to Canada almost 2 years ago now, ironically because I was worried about the potential for martial law in the US in 2020, and also ironically for the “healthcare”. I never in my life thought I would rather have moved to Texas. Jesus, what a world. Canadians, en masse, are far more brainwashed than Americans, because they’ve been in a bubble for so long. What makes it worse, is they have this delusion that they are well informed, when most of them have barely travelled outside their province. It’s turned out to be a little Britain, and I thought I’d escaped that hell hole too. But at least Britain still has some worthwhile media. There is not a single decent media source here in Canada (and I include Hicks in that insult.)

People have had it very comfortable in Canada for a very long time, and they have blindly and blithely gone along with the narrative because they have largely been left alone and prospered. Now rather than questioning the insanity of the extreme, illogical narrative shift, they are digging in their heels, refusing to believe they are being lied to. The youth are the worst. Most people over 50 here in rural Canada know it’s all a lie, but just grumble in private, and go along to get along. It’s that gosh darn Canadian politeness, or the friendly face of fascism, as I like to call it. My mum, who lost family in the camps, always said it could happen anywhere, I just didn’t expect it to happen everywhere – at once.

  16. capitalism, freedom, and human rights.

    They are all mutually exclusive.

Capitalism means a tiny few own the means of production.

If this is true, and one only has to see how corporations own the entire means of production, then democracy can never work and of course, doesn’t.

And under the economic regime of corporate capitalism your human rights come second to profit. Freedom of association, speech, etc.all pale under control by a few.

Take a listen to fascist Peter Thiel from Palentier who argues that capitalism and democracy are incompatible. His class, the owning class, understands that democracy is a threat to capitalism just as Hitler stated in his 1925 speech:

“If out-voting them takes longer than out-shooting them, at least the result would be guaranteed by their own constitution…Any lawful process is slow…Sooner or later we shall have a majority — and after that, Germany.”

Hitler was supported by the large financial and industrial titans of Germany and the US.

The Holy Grail: democracy, capitalism and human rights is a farce under capitalism.

    Time to wake up!
