I have a mission for you, should you choose to accept it. But be forewarned: it’s not a glamorous mission and, given that it represents a real threat to the state, it might even become dangerous. But if we don’t undertake this mission, there’s little chance that we’ll be able to form the mutual aid organizations that will see us through the coming years of turbulence. Are you ready? Your mission is: unvandalism. Join James for this week’s edition of #SolutionsWatch as he explains this concept and how this seemingly trivial activity can have very large consequences.

INDEED!!
I grew up in Northern California on the San Joaquin River with 100 million less people in the US. Life was pretty damn good then in a town of 10,000. Yeah, they piss me off too.
Few years ago I had to just get off the political web sites because I was loosing my ability to stay stoic in my thinking about that stuff. Meaning be concerned about what you can change.
Now I just participate here and peruse the most stupid of all the sites, the Jewish owned, The Gateway Pundit, to see what narrative the controllers are pushing to incite emotions. A lot of mothers killing kids, blacks doing bad stuff and being called “kids” or “teens” or “thugs” etc., putting down anyone who tells facts about Trump, etc.
I’m just finishing up a song tonight about the need for people to stop getting lost in angry blogging and join others with like minded ideas about taking down the controllers because we are at 4th and goal with time running out. But the difficulty of course is the madness of social media, AI, etc. has made folks think too much about everyone is a scamer :-/
State doing charity. In my ex socialist, then “independent”, now EU “member” (people refer to male procreating organs as members, don’t they?) state it is illegal to donate food to whomever without paying taxes on the goods. That is so cool! It had peaked my interest when I first saw a story on it, and I dug around for more clips and news. It also puts off such good vibes to the surrounding community…that the attitudes and caring become contagious to others..
http://www.thegardenprojectme.org rests on town land just at the entrance to the town’s transfer station that had originally been the town dump. Using restorative practices the land now boasts a growing edible landscape and a thriving place for community to gather and has inspired the transfer station to begin hugely resisted efforts around recycling, composting and clean burning.
James, when we get the chance, I want to talk with you about a YouTube series from years ago, when the Detroit government pretty much died. There were a series of about five video documentaries about how, because the government wasn’t capable of doing anything, the people began to take matters into their own hands. It began with a man who saw the local park was overgrown, so he got out there with a lawnmower and hedge clippers and took it upon himself.
When a local asked him what he was doing (think: bystander effect), he pitched in and then got neighbors to pitch in with them. Eventually, this spread through the community. Each documentary was regarding one particular area where the government was too emasculated to get anything done. They created their own police department, for example. I’ve always said that if there was no government, people would manage just fine for the most part.
I think of the Biblical verse, “consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin.” In other words, things work out on their own. I’m going to see if I can dig these videos up. It was a long time ago that I saw them, so I wouldn’t doubt they’ve been disappeared by now.
I don’t think this is it, but it does have some of the elements that you have mentioned.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oDLqLmOzYBk
I think that a lot of beneficial efforts spring forth organically.
I personally believe that a large portion of society has good will towards others.
Based in the Dallas – Fort Worth area, Texans For Vaccine Choice is one example.
“In 2015, amidst legislative efforts threatening medical freedom, three determined mothers ignited a movement.
TFVC sprang from humble beginnings to face an overwhelming challenge: a bill poised to revoke religious exemptions for student vaccinations in Texas. This marked our baptism by fire in the landscape of advocacy. We experienced our very own David vs. Goliath moment, and emerged victorious, not only halting HB 2006 but also squashing 16 other intrusive bills. Our fight underscored a simple truth—when conviction meets action, change follows.”

You will notice that Terence Huffines is the Board Secretary for Texans For Vaccine Choice (TFVC).
By the way, Terence is a good boxer, as is his brother Devin. They did a charity boxing event.
Terence and Devin are sons of Don Huffines who is currently serving as the Texas State Comptroller.
The Don Huffines family purchased the Jeffrey Epstein “Zorro Ranch” in New Mexico.
It is renamed “San Rafael Ranch,” after the saint associated with physical and spiritual healing. Plans are in the works to turn it into a spiritual retreat.

I saw this Gulf War Veteran suffering from unknown diseases.
The V.A. says we don’t have a clue ! So much for what we ask of our Vets and what the bank asks of our Vets.

I agree with the Vet that the Ichthyosis skin flaking-off condition could definitely be related to exposures during Desert Storm (First Gulf War 1990–1991.)
It should well known that the body will try to expel toxins through the skin.
I think that a slow, careful sauna detox with supplemented nutrients and clean food/lipids would probably benefit the guy.
When I was a kid, I played with mercury in my hands, rolling it around and such. About a year or so later, my palms looked like athletes foot fungus with the skin flake-off symptoms. Eventually, it went away. Also, at that mercury time period, I started getting unwanted feelings of nervousness, worry and anxiety. It wasn’t until years later that upon memories’ reflection that I spotted the mercury influence and connected the dots.

It was a very hot and dry summer in north Texas. Literally several months with no rain for many areas. I finally got rain after 66 dry days.
Just west of Mineral Wells was the labeled “Ross Fire” which burned 90,000 acres northbound over the course of almost a month.
90,000 acres = 140 square miles (364 square kilometers) which is about the size of the Gaza strip or three San Francisco’s.
Nobody died and there were no major injuries. Folks from all over came to give support…

I have a mighty big damn pothole on my street.
Oh! Mkey,
That’s not a pothole it is your basement. The earthquakes in Hrvatska has shifted your house off its foundation.
955 earthquakes so far this year.
My general area is on a solid rock foundation. Extremely resistant to earthquakes. We did get to feel some shaking a few years ago, though.
I have been picking up litter in my London neighbourhood for 30 years. There is a small, but hopefully growing, band of volunteer litter pickers in the UK. There is a minor US celebrity, David Sedaris, who lives in Sussex, who is a well publicised litter picker, his example has probably helped empower people to do this simple humble thing.
There is a network of volunteer organisation in the UK who do all kinds of work in the community. I belong to a conservation group and we help the small team of park rangers to manage the parks and wild areas in our neighbourhood, weeding, cutting back nettles, planting trees etc its fun and social.
I do the same on my regular trekking trail. A few times a year, during the windy seasons, the wind can bring quite a lot of garbage into the woods from the populated areas. I end up picking it up because I get irked by it.
Hi James,
First of all, I would like to send you my deepest gratitude for all the good work you have done and still do. It has been very helpful for me over the last 6 years.
With reference to the “DIY-solution”, I would like to draw everybody’s attention to the BofJoy Cooperation initiative, that I am ambassador for. This initiative is founded some 16 years ago out of awareness of the enslaving agenda’s from the so-called “Elites”.
It was Mr. Ronald Bernard who – after having had a life changing near death experience – and leaving the “Elites”-bankster top organization that he worked for – started this initiative to build a new world including a totally free financial system “For Mankind – From Mankind – and By Mankind”. A House of Mankind…..
We built our own economical trade-platform where members can trade products and services with each other. Payments to each other go in our own totally seperate blockchain banking software where members have their own account. Payments to each other are done in our OWN CURRENCY the URA. This platform is available worldwide allready.
We started with setting up United People Foundation (www.unitedpeople-foundation.org). Now, after 16 years of hard work by just a small team of volunteers, we evolved into a Cooperation offering services to members / cooperants. The B of Joy Cooperation (SCE) (www.bofjoycoop.org). Set language on English if required.
Please look at the Masterclass YouTube video of our founder where he explains everything about our mission, manifestations and goals: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2LNacn5NoDk&t=29s

Ofcourse, we appreciate every support you can give us in sharing the-hell-out of it, as you call it.

James there is an important side to this story that you haven’t covered/considered.
I know you are an anarchist and as such you are against all forms of government rule/intervention etc.
I’m not going to take sides (govt. vs. anarchy) but I will say this. Governments didn’t just sprout up overnight for no rhyme nor reason. They evolved, usually over long periods of time, debugging all sorts of problems along the way.
One of the reasons that governments frown upon people who chose to be ‘unvandals’
is because of the liability issue.
You gave two unvandalism examples in your piece (potholes and a stairway).
Who would someone sue if the stairway that an unvandalist built gave way (due to faulty construction) and someone fell, knocked their head on the stairway/ground and was left incapacitated for the rest of their life?
If the unvandals could be tracked they likely wouldn’t have the deep pockets that governments have to cover such an accident/lawsuit.
“How dare you!” Grta
Fawlty towers
That’s a box full of dead cats you’re trying to conjure up there. As our corporate attorney once told me ” you sue the one with the most insurance or most property. , let the rest go , there is no money in it.”
Also, as with all legal matters , the courthouse is a brothel. The law favors the one with the heavy purse. Law and justice is like Galileo’s pendulum. For every action there is…. You know.
Good example of anarchy in action so long as pride , ego and intelligence don’t cause injury, sickness or death. Otherwise you are screwed.
I’m not sure if “unvandalism’ is the most appropriate term to describe the actions taken/proposed. It implies a kind of ‘undoing’ of some previous act of vandalism.
Perhaps anti-vandalism would be more appropriate?
In any event, my recommendation to any would-be un/anti-vandalist is to choose your battles wisely!
Even starting a soup-kitchen could be risky if you don’t have insurance to cover illness suits.
Cleaning litter from the streets seems like a pretty safe bet, so long as you aren’t struck
by a car when you are at it. 😜
Fawlty Towers says,
“choose your battles wisely!”
I agree FT. We are in a new era where once ‘okay’ activities are no longer part of the culture.
There are countless things that I did in the past that I would never do in 2026.
I grew up a “free range” kid. In this age, folks could lose their kids for such an unthinkable as letting your kid walk to the store or park alone.
As I did in the 1980’s “selling 10 tables of jeans on a street corner in the ghetto” is something that I would absolutely never do now.
In the past over the years, I have put out hundreds of stakes signs, if not thousands.
With 9/11 Truth activist actions I lost count on how many hundreds of signs I put out.
Now in Texas “placing signs on public property, medians, sidewalks, street corners, highway shoulders, utility poles, or traffic signs without authorization is illegal.”
Fines range from $1000 to $5000 per violation.

Yep, sad but true. The world is a crazy place to live these days.
When I peruse infrastructure that was not built by the state, I do so on my own responsibility.
I’m going to read the Beito book. In the instances it will be likely that government will interfere with individual efforts to fix a problem, it is better to organize with other people in the community so that government will not succeed. But I’m not that familiar with working with others.

Check out John Edel’s projects at Bubblydynamics.com and Stephanie Dunn at Starfarmchicago.com. Both are doing great community improvement projects.
I’ve noticed people adopting treepits (the square of soil around street trees) in quite a lot of places including London UK, adding delightful flowers, signs and ornaments with a sense of care which can often only be done through the DIY method in public spaces. We own it after all.
Going up a notch in scale we have something in the UK called ‘Transfer of Community Asset’. This has led to (not very publicly documented) transfers of ownership to community run bodies, for example public parks into ‘Friends of the park’ groups. They are the most popular parks in their areas, more interesting, and well taken care of.
This can be used to transfer social housing, community buildings, swimming pools etc to genuine community groups. Many are capable of managing the housing like Leathermarket CBC in London which keeps money flowing in the local economy, who are voted for the contract every year by the residents who seem very happy.
There is also the yarn bombing, knitting colourful and interesting things to adorn post boxes, lighting columns etc that a lot of older people get involved in. Themed around seasonal events or just plain fun, like a purple octopus on the post box. It has quite a big community around it from what I gather with shared knitting patterns. Double points. Make more friends whilst unvandalising.
What will you unvandalise?
Those are really cool examples! Thanks!
Thanks homeremedysupply you always have wise words. 😊
Just saw your Unvandalism video message James. Excellent. Had to forward this news link to you that was published today in the Australia.
‘Council can’t do it’: Fed-up tradies fix notorious Mornington Peninsula pothole.
A fed-up Melbourne demolition boss and his tradie employees have gone viral after being forced to take on a free job they should never have had to do.
Workers from Inside & Out Demolition have swapped destruction duties for road repairs as they took matters into their own hands to fix a cursed pothole along Baxter-Tooradin Rd.
Footage being celebrated on social media shows three staff in high-vis filling a pothole, supported by a fellow colleague acting as traffic control with a stop-go sign.
“The council can’t f**king do it, it’s destroyed like f**king 10 cars so we’re stuck doing it,” an Inside & Out Demolition worker filming the video said.

Really cool edition of solutions watch – much appreciated. Many people think it is trivial or not noteworthy when small communities or individuals take care of neighborhoods or certain tasks that the state fails to provide (even though they pretend to have the authority over regulation and execution of such). Our local sports club fixed a playground without municipality funding (which was also a point of contention, since it was not “supervised” by the authorities, but in the end they did not take any action to prevent this or revert the repairs).
I regularly pick up trash with my daughter in our street and the biotope near us, where we like to go out and experience nature. Also we trim some hedges and trees which belong to the municipality, reaching into the streets and sidewalks and we have local sharing and bartering activities going on in our part of town. Actually our local municipality knows that their budget is very limited (because most of the taxes go to the state of federal government) and then also calls (via the local gazette) for a citizen trash pick-up day once a year and supports this idea. This definitely is a good chance to talk about the failures of government structures: I think it is a vital point to then really point out, that no authority is needed to take action and better the community.
A project for the upcoming year is to build a small community garten with several raised beds in our street, as well as an open garden shed to share surplus crops/produce from our gardens or self-made products from that (e.g. jam or kimchi) and also to map abandoned and not harvested fruit trees from the municipality and then ask the mayor if we can mark them for public usage or even harvest them to share within the local community. It is a shame to see lots of fruit going to waste during late summer and fall.
I’ve been trying to help build communities by inviting people (mostly on X) to organize many small, local, decentralized groups within our congressional districts, maintaining constant, peaceful pressure on reps and the media with minimal effort. We organize around big, popular issues that most of us agree on — like healthcare, war, and corruption — not candidates or political parties. There’s no cost or need to march. We empower and protect ourselves with numbers, mutual knowledge
https://youtube.com/watch?v=3-son3EJTrU&t=458s, and support from independent media. The idea needs discussion, exposure, and input from others. More at
http://congressionalwatchdogcentral.org. I get a lot of likes and retweets, but not much engagement. It seems people are more interested in telling everyone what’s wrong than in finding solutions. I’d like to hear your thoughts. Thanks. I have one more idea, but I’ll put that in the next input box
I struggled to decide how to handle this election and concluded that the only logical solution was to vote the incumbents out. On X, I put it this way: We vote to show them we’re not dead, that we’re awake, that we have power, and that we need to be heard. Since both parties suck and there is nothing to vote for in this next rigged election, why not create a movement to vote out the incumbents, especially “leadership”? This sends a message to the current Congress that they suck, and a message to the incoming Congress that we can do it again in two years. Empower people. Dump the Incumbents
North Dallas nonprofit Community maintains flowered walking trail …er..uh…TAILS.

Bit of a strange idea for graffiti people who don’t want around.
Paint “brick walls” over the graffiti. Repaint… but make it a red brick building or a lattice of stone structure with moss. It would be an opportunity to paint still life, into the world.
Reverse, the guerilla marketing aspect.
A great solutions watch story. Here in the Intermountain West US Ammon Bundy has been standing up for freedom for a long time. A recent example of when the rubber hits the road, pun intended. I remember justifying the welfare state, thinking that without it we would have people begging on the street. Well now we have people living AND begging on the street. The welfare bureaucracy marches on oblivious.
Learning about mutual aid societies was a pleasant and shocking surprise to me. Pleasant because it reaffirms the good in human nature, shocking because the success that my public school education had miseducating me is way too evident now. And I went to school when it was halfway decent.
The mutual aid societies, as well as the true nature of the 2nd Amendment militia, was craftily concealed from me and the rest of the marks sitting in my classrooms. Only by following a lead from Cynthia McKinney did I hear Dr. Edwin Viera and his two talks on the 2nd Amendment. In his first talk on the Liberty and Finance YT channel, he teaches what the militia was, a mutual aid society in your neighborhood, and how over time it was dismantled and turned into the “national guard”, that gang that Bush sent to murder people in the middle east. There is NO POLICE FORCE mentioned in the Constitution. That was a later invention replacing the militia and enforcing corporate “policy”.
In Dr. Viera’s second talk he outlines how the militia can be reinstated locally and lawfully. I highly recommend it. And for more homegrown self sufficient activism hear this Polish lady tell how she resisted the NWO when they locked down Poland for 9 years in the 80s, and how the same MO is being used now and how to defeat it:

THANK YOU JAMES AND KIT AND DAVID BELTO! The mighty pen wielders ride again!
Years ago I spent several years trapping feral cats in my neighborhood and getting them spayed and neutered. It was really hard work and cost a lot but there was no way I was going to leave it to animal control. I have a friend doing the same thing in her neighborhood and actually taming some of the kittens and finding homes for them all at her own time and expense.
Filling the pothole yourself is a small act with a significant implication: that the thing can be done without asking. The mutual aid thread in the show notes is the same implication at a larger scale, and Beito’s book is the part I keep coming back to.
Those fraternal societies didn’t fade because people stopped being willing to help each other. They were displaced. And one quiet reason reciprocity struggles past a certain size is that it runs on memory: beyond the few dozen people who remember who did what for whom, you need some sort of record, and historically the only institutions offering one were banks and governments.
That gap is what I’ve spent a good part of the last fourteen years thinking about. The result is a small Android app that lets a group keep its own record of who has contributed to the community – the “what” and “whom to” are not as important; the reward for the contribution is.
Mutual credit, not money: the units can’t be bought or cashed out, so there’s nothing to speculate on. No accounts, no server, no fees, no commissions, no interest. Nothing and nobody in the middle but the trust between the two people involved.
The records sit on the phones of those two, and exchanges work with no internet at all: each side scans the other’s QR code to close the transaction.
For people who aren’t in the same room there’s link sharing, and a Wi-Fi sync that fills in an exchange where the second code never got scanned.
It’s completely free. All I want is to see it be useful to communities.
I’d like a few real ones to try it and tell me where it breaks, and I’m glad to share the code with anyone who wants to improve it or adapt it to needs I failed to imagine.
It’s at https://commonstory.app — site and app in seven languages. I’m happy to answer questions and help anyone work out whether it fits what they’re doing.

England – East Sussex – home schooling support – freedom events and music festival
HOPE Sussex Community is the Home of Positive Energy. Born in 2021 when a group of awake parents came together to rent part of a farm in East Sussex so they had a place to come together to provide low-cost lessons for their children. This has now grown into a thriving, volunteer-led community. They now have up to 40 children per term coming for lessons ranging from the usual school subjects to Critical Thinking, astronomy, and baking and cookery. “After a homemade lunch lovingly prepared by our parents and volunteers, we spend 30 minutes each day giving back; everyone, including the children, helps care for and tidy the site. This nurtures respect, responsibility, and pride in our shared space.” Their ethos is it takes a village to raise a child.
To keep the lights on HOPE raise funds by putting on awake events (talks by people questioning the narrative and people talking about solutions) and a freedom music festival in August. All run by volunteers. They have a market garden tended by volunteers which they use to provide lunches for the children.

We love volunteering here, it’s such an enriching place full of love
Excellent episode James!
Covert Guerilla Food Forest gardening in parks will be the focus of an article I write this winter (i`ll share the link once i publish).
I do this quite regularly here (in SW Ontario) and have wild tended (“illegally” sown seeds in parks to start) about a half dozen ramp patches and a few young Pawpaw patches to take hold in forested parks (off the beaten path often near nut/edible seed producing trees like Hickory, Butternut, Black Walnut or Oaks so that I can harvest two things at once).
I also inoculate wind fallen hardwood logs/large branches (oak, birch and maple) with medicinal and gourmet mushroom mycelium (aka “spawn”) and then position those inoculated logs in the shade near my guerilla gardened pawpaw tree and ramp (wild leeks) patches so that when I visit in spring and fall to harvest ramps and pawpaw fruit I can also harvest nutrient dense (high protein) mushrooms like Shiitake, Lion’s Mane, Turkey Tail and Oyster mushrooms.
I have seen some other botanically literate people noticing my guerilla gardened ramp patches and foraging from them as well, so it sends out ripple effects into human as well as forest communities. I also sometimes tell people I meet that are having a tough time putting food on the table about these spots and show them how to harvest and preserve the food (making these guerilla forest gardens a sort of “self regenerating food bank/soup kitchen” where the forces of nature do the re-stocking rather than selling our souls for “matrix steaks” and using them to buy/donate corporate canned food products (produced by Big Ag which destroys ecosystems).
I essentially am forest gardening in a way where I let the symbiotic resilience, water retention of rich soil and natural cover inherent in an old growth forest do the work for me (in growing and obscuring) so that I do not have to irrigate or fertilize anything. I just go on forest walks and harvest at certain times of year, which is both enjoyable and encourages me to be more aware of the cycles of nature (it begets botanical awareness). It helps endangered and at risk medicine plants and trees increase in number, helps pollinators and lets me boycott centralized systems and do what Henry David Thoreau describes as Quietly Declaring War With The State (in a way that is also ecologically regenerative).
West Sussex, England – member owned farm
My Little Farm, started in 2020 by Keivor and Laure because they recognised how bad the food system is. They bought 15 acres of land to farm but realised pretty quickly that they couldn’t do this alone. They opened it up so people could become members who would invest and buy food from the farm which would help pay for workers on the land. Now a thriving farm with livestock and food growing and members who receive weekly food boxes or buy from the farm shop. They have a vision to take back control of food production and create farms that feed the people who own it. Using regenerative practices and an ethos of caring for the land and animals they are now in the process of acquiring a 100 acre farm nearby with funding primarily from 100 supporters who will co-own the land which will be put in trust so it can never be sold for profit. They currently have 50 supporters who have signed up and have a target of early next year to find the other 50.
“My Little Farm lets you hold a stake in a community-owned farm, so you can belong to the land, trust your food, and leave something for the next generation.”

We are members and love the ethos and quality of food we get from the farm. Protecting the land for future generations is important to us.
England, London – awake art exhibition
Probably not quite what you’re looking for James but this exhibition called The Cure is In This land is for artists to create work about solutions. The curator Alexander Heaton put on an exhibition in 2022 called The Cure Is worse than the alleged disease which asked artists to create works about the plandemic. .This new exhibition, which has a gallery booked for January and will feature some well-known awake artists, will be about presenting solutions and speaking truth to tyranny. The art world in London is very woke so this will be an incredibly unusual and rare event.
Application deadline is 30th November 2026
“Let’s shine a light about what is good and loving about our humanity and dream a better world. The days of deception are over. Dare to dream on canvas. “

My friend Ruth transformed a corner of North Vancouver by turning several roundabouts, a pocket park, and boulevards into gardens with willow fences and sculptures, food even, fruit trees etc. Now everyone who drives by knows her and even though she’s feisty as fuck she’s also very gentle and loving so it would be hard for city bureaucrats and politicians to take the wind out of her sails. Here’s just small film made about one of her interventions, made after a filmmaker in the neighbourhood noticed her.
