So, we’re having a heatwave here in the northeast US.
I remember in the spring they were talking about spraying metals in the air to “reflect the sun’s rays back into space”.
I said back then it was a stupid idea because all the metal would do is absorb the heat turn the air into a fireball.
So… maybe the idiots did it after all? Although, I think the sun might be reversing its poles, so… there’s that.
Oh, one thing I forgot. Is it just me or does the rise in global temperatures correlate with the amount sprayed of the stuff that stores all the heat from the sun while it floats in the air?
All the Haarp facilities are “Ionosphere Heaters”.
The chems ionize the sky, then the Ionospher Heaters heat the ionosphere while being used to manipulate weather, along with Nexrad, Dopplar, 5G and god know what else, the microwave moves the “clouds” and yes, heats the enviroment as it’s all radiation based. They add ice-nucleating chemicals to achieve their required “night time lows” to make things look “normal. ”
The heavy metal oxides ionize the sky, the microwave acts as movement inducer, and we’re basically frying in a planet-wide microwave oven. “Weather Warfare. ”
I wonder if that Lyndon Johnson clip announcing the weather control agenda in 1964 is in here.
Have you done any calculations on the amount of energy required for a doppler radar to effect the weather. Nexrad is Doppler btw.
Also there is only one Haarp and only 4 Ionospheric heaters on the planet, Arecibo being out of action atm.
What form of energy would you be referring to here?
For a fact, lasers use very little, yes? In terms of their output?
I don’t think we’re looking at a one to one correspondence with all forms.
Most of my knowledge is based first on observation and experience, Only then can I validate any “measurement” discourse.
I did spend at least eight to ten years scouring through all the documents at geoengineeringwatch.org. I expect you’ll find those kinds of answers there. As far as I recall, these microwave technologies don’t require all that much crude input in therms of “energy”, if one discounts the amounts needed to produce the first “energy carriers” in the system. All that.
I suspect that the high payments every month for these personalized microwave weapons finances the system well. And at some time, they’re gonna want everything coming through the grid for themselves.
They’re not the “masters of space” that they like to make out to be. There’s a lot more happening than just them and their weapons out there. Here, too.
I’m far more interested in how they plan their events. I’ve witnessed for years now that they don’t try to bring in rain when it ain’t happening astronomically/astrologically. And when it is, they go for it full tilt boogie.
Their numbers game ain’t nothing compared to that knowledge. I’m a ranger. I look all around, every day.
There’s the first mistake, relying on info from Dane.
S band Radar(Nexrad) cannot manipulate the weather. Output is 1500 watts approximately. It is pulsed.
To move those quantities of water you need Gwatts.
Ionospheric Heaters are HF transmitters but nowhere near high enough frequency to Ionise clouds. They can only enhance the ionisation in the ionosphere. Besides they can only transmit in a limited area above them. Most of the uses are to bounce the frequencies off the ionosphere and generate LF and ELF waves to other places and lose most of the input energy doing so. Good for radar readings and communications but not much else. The most weather manipulation they theoretically do is interfere with the jet stream but not control it.
Lasers can work. You need terawatt output though. Seek out Teramobile experiments. And sound waves, the Chinese have been working on that.
There are claims of drones that can use frequency to help with cloud-seeding. Up close it’s possible. But Radar cannot. You lose too much energy to do anything useful more than a hundred meters from the pulse.

Most Ionisation of Elements happens in the Infrared to Ultraviolet Frequencies higher than microwaves, that’s why cloud seeding is done with chemicals. It’s the chemical exchange of ions (chem-ions) that produces clouds. ie. makes water vapour condense.

Add in the scenario that the so called seasons in the man-made solar calendars, by witness of plants, animals and birds, are off by @3 months. [If you follow YirmeYaH/Jeremiah check out 8:7],: “They” used to change the calendars to fit their fixed seasons, now they change the seasons to fit their narratives, including pole shifts that has not yet done what they claim. Also the chemicals in the mix includes, i believe, agents that destroy the smell in the plants to prevent pollinators from finding them [the florists have used them for years]. ‘Have noticed this in previously scented roses, no longer have a scent.
True, the flowers and herbs , their above ground parts, have been losing potency for years. Of course, the condition of the soil always contributes largely, and can offset quite a bit.
Yes, after a rain, the flowers lose scent . Because the rain is toxic. A Hard Rain Is Falling.
In the west, for years, they’ve been dumping chems that make the oak leaves turn dark brown and stay on the tree until the new leaves push the old ones off in the spring. It’s horrid. They no longer go through their natural cycles, and are artificially forced.

In Germany, government, sheeple and media still consider it contrails. If you would bring up a legislative ban of chemtrails you could easily just bring up a ban of unicorns oder vampires as well.
It’s been many years now since German biologists noted and announced, as California biologists had the year before, that Germany had seen at that time an 85% reduction in aquatic and terrestial insects; in California, 90% reduction. No insects means no fish and no birds, And indeed, the birds are all but gone from southern Oregon.
Perhaps you could contact such biologists, etc. Some know. They certainly at the time knew why they were seeing this.

Can we all agree that this “chemtrail” is about some planes, and not all the contrail producing airliners? These planes are small and do often not produce contrails. The chemicals (powder?) for cloud-seeding or rain are usually invisible.
Most people don’t know the difference.
The opposition does not even need a strawman, when the strawman is delivered by the protesters.
What works best for cloud seeding is electricity. The Saudi government is running tests with it.
This electricity is also coming from to earth via the solar wind. Which can cause severe weather conditions after solar storms.
With almost any big weather event, you can check the solar activity. And that is what causes these events, and not any secret weather modification. The nuclear solar energy is far larger than anything that we can produce on earth. The solar flares are usually much larger than earth itself.
Glad you mentioned that. I think there is probably a difference and some planes do produce persistent cloud like contrails.
I remember flying on a large commercial plane noticing a contrail being produced and it persisted. I could see it forming and it seemed to stay there. I was in a window seat.
I’m not denying the existence of chemtrails but I wonder if some of these are confused with contrails. They may not even be visible as you say.
HAARP is a real thing though. I read some of the papers about it and about geoengineering and it is claimed that they may be able to zap the upper atmosphere to cause weather events. If they ionize sprayed material in the upper atmosphere they may indeed be causing damage.
But the focus on the lines in the sky may be misleading. How do we know what is a contrail and what isn’t? There is a lot more air traffic now.
Either way, I think it does make the sky ugly. It ruins a beautiful day and the beautiful natural clouds in the sky.
Sometimes I see a lot of them and other times none at all. I really don’t know much about atmospheric science to know what is what though.
It’s not only atmospheric spraying which may be invisible (I don’t know) but the use of HAARP to zap these chemicals to change weather patterns which is the crux of the issue. At least that’s my understanding.
There is a department of geoengineering at some universities and scientific papers written about it. To me that is concerning and shows me that there is something going on.
Also, people were measuring increased aluminum levels in the soil and I think there were other metallic elements as well that measurably increased that could potentially damage habitat and poison wildlife and people living in the affected area.
A “contrail” is ice condensation from the water vapor released with the fuel exhaust,only comes out of the fuel exhaust pipes, not from the wings or under belly, and disappears in the sky in a short time, From being heated by the sun, see? Or just dissipating. That was when the upper atmosphere was still very cold, which it ain’t been for years.
Haarp facilities/complexes of antennas are known as “Ionosphere Heaters”.

I always love hearing your observations.
To me, that is what everything boils down to. Observing what one is observing.
In the 1950’s and 1960’s/70’s, I never saw “expanding”, cloud-forming contrails.
It takes particulates in order for clouds to form.
I was reading something about “black carbon” or something like that from jet fuel.
I have never done any in depth research on what or how they add contaminants to jet fuel but I have spoken to people who insist that jet fuel is very clean and has to be in order for the plane to operate. I have never really been interested in engines and their mechanisms for operation, etc. so have could not really debate the issue with people who insist “jet fuel must be clean.”
The primary reason why I believe that geoengineering is happening is that I have read that it is being studied and also people have measured increased aluminum levels in soil samples.
I clearly need to do more research. Whatever people may claim, whatever it is, the “persistent contrail” seems to correlate with increased aluminum and other toxic metals in soil and also ruins the sky.
What’s interesting is that I don’t always see these in the sky. Especially recently. I have not noticed these in the past couple months now.
So if there are contaminants being added, are they added sometimes and sometimes not? And how is it added to jet fuel? I’ll check out the interview you mentioned and see if it clears it up for me.
Can you “see” moisture in the air? Not rain, not mist, moisture. Water spread super thin so it’s not visible. A steam heated room, after the steam producer turns off.
It’s made to spread spread spread everywhere in order to ionize the sky. Puppet strings of electromagnetic currents. Silvery skies? Yep. That’s it.
Smears for clouds? Yep, that’s it. Smeary “clouds” behind puffy clouds with square angles? Yep, that’s it.
Don’t matter if you can see them. How far can you see?
Take a nice long walk anyday, go to a great viewpoint.

It is not added to jet fuel. It does not come out of the exhaust, not at all. Separate nozzles, either on the wings, or the underbelly of prop planes. I’ve witnessed spraying from both in just one day.
They had announced they were going to spray Seattle for “tree bugs” at that time, and I witnessed it, coming down over Seattle, and flying up out of it.
Out of the wings first plane, out of the underbelly second prop one. Commercial airlines, long ago all retrofitted to include this. Money, honey.
Pilots don’t activate. Raytheon controls all, remotely.
Got thrown off my connecting flight for mentioning this loudly. Cost me an additional $250 to continue on , on Alaska. Nice, I got to see it sprayed both times. Well worth the extra cost.

The upper atmosphere is so very hot for many years now that nary a “contrail” , which is ice condensation, has been seen for many years now.

There are plenty of thermometer readings of the upper atmosphere produced every day. In the US twice a day. Weather balloons collect radiosonde data which is used to predict weather.
Don’t know what science openlens is citing to conclude that a hotter upper atmosphere is stopping contrails. Clouds (aviation induced linear clouds) just don’t happen in the stratosphere, never have.

Thank you for speaking with me this afternoon. It is my understanding that your concerns are chemtrails and the enforcement of recent legislation.
The legislation recently passed by the General Assembly is a prohibition on the “intentional injection, release, or dispersion, by any means, of chemicals, chemical compounds, substances, or apparatus within the borders of this state into the atmosphere with the express purpose of affecting temperature, weather, or the intensity of the sunlight is prohibited.”
TDEC’s regulatory authority, via permitting or otherwise, covers stationary sources (i.e., power plants or industrial plants), not aircraft. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has the exclusive authority to regulate aviation safety and air space use by aircraft. Aircraft emissions are regulated by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Section 231 of the Clean Air Act (CAA) directs the EPA to establish aircraft engine emissions standards for any air pollutant that could “reasonably be anticipated to endanger public health or welfare.” The CAA further dictates in Section 232 that the federal Department of Transportation (DOT) is responsible for enforcing the standards established by EPA in Section 231. DOT has delegated this enforcement responsibility to the FAA. The FAA ensures compliance with these regulations by reviewing and approving certification test plans, procedures, test reports and engine emissions certification levels.

She testified at the UN about the toxic contaminants she found in the Mt Shasta snow, with the help of USDA soil Biologist Frances Mangels, and in the top soils and water systems throughout the state of California. She and a friend put together data- from all the Ca water districts- using a sophisticated computer program, and spent 2 years,presenting this data to CA legislators and all members of the Fed. House and Senate. These toxic spikes were recorded and samples collected during hi-volume weeks of toxic aerial spray over Ca, proving the poisoning that was occurring. Kirby came to our town- attempted to join and redirect our group (including Rosalind) as we were working on our resolution. Due to Kirby’s undermining- and the widespread negative publicity our Fairfax council received, after an interview he gave to the ‘Pacific Sun’, we made the decision, that rather than lose our council in the smear campaign that followed, to not proceed with our resolution. We had the support of 4 out of 5 council members- for what would have been the first resolution against chemtrails in the US. Due to Kirby’s interference, it became politically impossible to go forward. First of all, at the time of the proposed legislation symbolically banning chemtrails in Fairfax, CA (a city about 15 min. away from me by car), residents of Fairfax were NOT already engaged in promulgating such legislation. I brought the anti-chemtrail legislation to Fairfax after I was unsuccessful in promoting the same in my city of San Rafael. It was entirely because of me that the legislation was even ever considered. I simply spoke in the open comments portion of the Fairfax town council meeting one night and council member Lew Tremaine sponsored it on the spot. Without me, none of this would have ever happened.
Secondly, Rosalind Peterson had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with it. I could give you more names of people who WERE actually involved, but Rosalind Peterson is definitely NOT one of them. This assertion by the commenter is a complete fabrication and shows either that this person knows very little about what actually happened, or is lying about it. I was at the center of it and I can tell you that Peterson’s name was never even so much as mentioned.
The legislation failed because all of the local Fairfax activists ran away from me when a mild hit piece about our effort was published in a local giveaway newspaper called the Pacific Sun. I had been interviewed for the piece and I appear in it. At the time I did the interview, I had not been told to not talk to the press. I actually think that the other activists should have stuck with it because the Pacific Sun piece was about something that had, at that time, already been made a matter of public record. A draft of the proposed legislation had already been posted on the town’s website.

I recently discovered Dr. Lorraine Day, the San Francisco trauma surgeon and former Chief of Orthopedic surgery at SF General, biblical scholar, author of 16 books, including how to cure oneself of cancer. I’m guessing their planes don’t have transponders turned on. Even if you were able to identify a military craft as being guilty of spraying particulates, how on earth are you going to prosecute them?
But all the negativity aside, I agree that we need to capitalize on this moment in time to show people that this topic is currently being discussed and taken seriously by State legislatures and that it is not a conspiracy as they’ve been told. The more times a person sees that something that was once deemed a conspiracy, has turned out to be true, the more likely they will be willing to remove the veil completely.
Great to see someone bringing focus on all of these State Bills.
Pity is the FAA regulations override this (so if it’s a federal plot they can simply ignore these laws).
These bills however do not cover the “lines in the sky” because of the use of the word “intentional”.
IMO if that were changed to “knowingly” you would get a lot further as all the evidence exists.
I really think more weight should be given to Jim Lee’s work and his ENMOD accountability act.

The fact is the temperature above needs to be around -40° to let us see those stripes. If not we cannot see them like stripes, but they are there and all the time.
The fact of the matter is that they have gone to the One Fuel Concept in the mid-90s and they wanted one fuel for all. Before that, military did have their fuel, commercials its fuel and there where lesser airplanes in the sky. I have also here in this room an article from the 50s or so, where people where complaining of these consistent contrails (chemtrails) and this was in the neighborhood of a military base. The military did use much dirtier fuel because it costs less and it was faster. The fuel of the commercials was much cleaner, but when they did switched over to the One Fuel Concept, the fuel was 10times dirtier and so also aluminum, barium, etc. in the fuel. So if Peter follows Jim Lee and Reinette, then I do not know that he still using ‘chemtrails’, Dane Wing, and airplanes are spraying. Do you feel how this sounds, whereby if we all did say the fuel is to dirty and that needs to change… see how this sounds?
Jim Lee is the one real expert on this topic, because most ‘experts’ still do not know the fact that it is the whole fuel of all the airplanes! And the airplane industry does not want to know that we know it is their fuel, therefore they created the ‘chemtrails conspiracy’ just like the Flat Earth, too divide us even more and to steer us away from this fact. Because this will cost them a whole lot of money because the fuel needs to do more processing steps for cleaning and it costs a lot more time. This will make in the beginning that that are much lesser flights possible and there will be lawsuits from here to Tonga.

Lately a lot about “smart dust” is being discussed in the so called alternative media. Different channels occupy with graphene oxide being one part of it, and a very problematic one.
The same substance is being talked about in relation to the “vaccinations”, but researchers seem to find graphene oxide also in the un-vaccinated. How did/does it get there?
The theory is that 5 and/or 6 G might be instruments to steer people in their thoughts and maybe deeds through self assembling devices containing graphene oxide in their body.
I watched your video from 2012 about smart dust. Clearly, you highlighted early on the dangers of smart dust there regarding various aspects.
What I find strange is the fact, that now several US states come out with drafts of bills against chemtrails. If you search them via Google, you get many entries, meaning the main stream media reports about it. Why, I wonder.
As far as I followed your interview with that lawyer Kirby (?) correctly, the public discussion and the bills occupy with aluminium, barium and strontium, right?
My question is: Could it be that this discussion and those bills may be just a distraction from the desperately needed discussion regarding smart dust or graphene oxide or whatever else is in those chemtrails?
