June is already here and there’s plenty to discuss.
There’s the never-ending Iran war.
There’s the incredible “revelation” that Israel is spying on the US (I’m shocked! SHOCKED, I tell you!)
And how about those face-scanning robot dogs they’re going to be rolling out at the World Cup this month?
And if all that isn’t enough to keep the conversation going, there’s also this month’s Subscriber Exclusive Video in which I give my hot take on the Mandela Effect.

I wonder what the origin of saying “My bad” is. I first came across this term in emails around 2013 or 2014, and I thought it was written in error.
That’s a good question.

Regarding
“Subscriber Exclusive Video”
What Corbett points out makes a lot of sense, just plain common sense.
Witnesses to a crime or car accident all have their own version, especially when they don’t compare notes with each other.
My close-in-age brother will tell the same shared adventure differently than I. …like going into a long cave we found out in the sticks.
We never argue over the different perspectives. The emotion of adventure or the event often influences the telling.
Emotions are often attached to memories. They certainly can shape recollections.
Body pains or sensations, or feeling foggy or feeling sick can shape things.

Tidbit:
Tuesday January 28, 1986 was when the Space Shuttle Challenger blew up in the sky about a minute after launch.
I was with a girl that day, and what struck me when reading the paper about the disaster was also an article about the death of L. Ron Hubbard (Scientology).
