  1. I guess I’m not quite over Turtledove’s Powerless and the very missing violence. Leaning away from the repugnance of the pedere of revolutionary thinking , violence has been put in the closet. Mary Ann Hanaghan had the introduction of a perfect Dickins villain but deliberately stunted in Powerless. The vocus of the violence of the revolutionary is never developed and left unrealized .Mary Ann Hannaghan is the only person who has enough evil able of acting on her determined political pursuits and the final solution needed to accomplish the parties goals. Doing the necessary things, the hard things, history has a good record of what it takes to get the job done. That is the glaring undeveloped idea of Powerless architecture. Deliberately ignoring the pitch forks and torches.
    The character of Teresa Defarge in “A Tale of Two Cities ” reminded me of Mary Ann Hanaghan . Defarge, however , was necessary in showing the need of violence in revolutionary times but must be governed by compassion to make it a just action. Justice may be blind but knows when the scales are deformed and an obscene imbalance exists. The obscene imbalance of today is becoming evident and as a farmer prepares his fields for another season , we need a farmers insight as to the preparation of the ground. There are a multitude of tares in the field and will physically need to be removed, down to the roots; without destroying the fields and all the farmers. Violence is just another tool but can be used incorrectly. Madame Defarge is emblematic of the nature of violence and could not be ignored as part of the Dickens reality where Turtledove’s Mary Ann Hanaghan is full of impotence of avoiding violence. Two very different worlds.

    We now have drones in the hands of amateurs.
    What could possibly go wrong?

      “….and the very missing violenc…..

      There was violence- the Russians and the Texans invaded and re established socialism- I think iirc he even gave Bezminov a nod by calling it “normalization “

      There was no need for violence when things were loosening up, and the invaders were the ones with the guns and tanks which made violence by the plebs kinda pointless. They did a general strike but the book said people got hungry after a bit and everything started up.

      The plebs getting all riots would have been a waste, they could just be machine gunned. Few people are gonna go all Warsaw ghetto, and those guys lost anyway, and I think Americans have a weird idea about violence because of history and media- they we’re normally the ones dishing it out in both. In real life it would have been pretty simple to mow down a few dozen BLM rioters and they would have melted away. Violence certainly is a tool but it’s not nearly as useful as people think if you don’t have the wil and power to win

      As to violence- plenty of violence, the most savage kinds tbh, come from a place of love. If my ancestors had been settling the US they would probably have been whacking Indians left and right to make it safe for their kids. Violence out of hatred is limited because after a bit you have something more interesting to do. Violence out of love has no such limit.

      • Duck

        Maybe you could elaborate on violence out of love? I’m sure the Iranians know those were love bombs, as well as the Palestinians double love taps. Do you get a limited response at home love tapping the family? With hatred they respond only 25% to the hat bombs and 99% response to love taps?
        I can’t imagine you meant what you wrote so please re write it so people don’t misunderstand what you mean.

        I’d prefer a world of Dickens than Turtledoves. When I was very young, PTA meetings always brought up mis directed violence as I remember some heated discussions. Maybe it was the older parents who rode m-60s on Okinawa and didn’t want anymore b.s. in the rest of their days. They meant what they said with strong resolve. We don’t have that anymore. Now we have he-man man-hater husband beaters of both sexs. They are unable to focus their love? The panopticon data center will need an Iraqi green zone net over the facilities from these crazy woke remote control sky captains who buy in to No with a capitol N.
        I would vet any military fathers of today’s making carefully, baring them from any leadership PTA positions. , where as when I was young ,90% were veterans of one branch or another and they wouldn’t tolerate mistrust . Be Glade they didn’t appoint me emporer . I’d love Switzerland, 120 E. Broadway NYC and most all three counties around DC. Oh, Duck maybe I see what you mean by love violence…I’d love them to death.

        • GBW

          “…Maybe you could elaborate on violence out of love? I’…”

          That’s easy, I shall recount a story by Fairbairn about “vehmance” …. As far as I know it’s a true story.

          A woman was woken up by a burgler who decided to rape her in her living room. She did not have the will to resist dispite his brutality……after he was done with her the man head her young daughter in the next room and was opening the door when the previously passive woman stabbed him to death with a pair of scissors.

          One could also consider if you were settling somewhere and the natives were prone to murdering your women and children – it would be an act of love for your family when you killed the natives – just as the natives would be killing you new comers to protect their own family.

          Now it’s quite possible that you do not love anyone enough to ruin your own idealistic moral vision of yourself, plenty of people are like that these days.

        • GBW
          “…..would vet any military fathers of today’s making carefully, baring them from any leadership PTA positions…..”

          GBW

          “….The society that separates its scholars from its warriors will have its thinking done by cowards and its fighting by fools….”

          Thucydides

          • Duck
            I’ve been reading essays of France Bacon lately. Frances seem to think once the blood gets up all the religion, philosophy, politic and love go out the window. Primitive man becomes the primitive animal with one goal, survival.

            Training that enhances that killing behavior has only one use, and a few weirdos will become it’s paymaster. Few recover from its affecting teachings. .
            Either side of this needs an POSIWID close examination. I know the military is a little screwed in the head. Did Thucydides describe the perfect soldier? He is describing the present day military.
            You are just one that has miss interpretated the meaning of love. You should die for your loved ones but killing for your loved ones is murder. Those gray areas are the liberals malevolence against Justice.. So is looking at hypothetical scenarios for Prophets. This reasoning by what it does defines what it is should be applied here.

            • GBW

              “….You should die for your loved ones but killing for your loved ones is murder…..”

              It’s ok dude, I get that you love your self image as a “good person” more then you love any real person.

              Don’t worry, it’s just part of your domestication, and I understand that you will never ask who put that idea in your head in mthe same way I implant my dogs minds with behaviors that I like.

              • Duck
                The vehemence is more lust than love. I blame Bacon. When you’re in the heat, you sully a definition for love . It’s getting your blood up for lust, blood lust to murderous heights. You left love behind . Unless you love to kill ,then again love can’t be used properly there either. Lust for killing . Love for forgiveness. Serial killer . Did you check out Teresa Defarge role and derangements in Tale of Two Cities. Vehemence and it’s twin Revenge.
                Can I pet that dog?
                https://youtube.com/shorts/NxHThIdWNvM?si=W5bk9SB6lje7x9ec

            • GBW

              So…what do you mean the vehmance of a mother killing a rapist about to rape her daughter is LUST????

              Who was she feeling lust towards?

              Personally I see it more as a mothers love for her child, but you already know that (unless your actually a sicko, I guess)

              But whatever, word games are fun but honestly if you really think that your a “good” person because you would die rather then kill the person raping your kid (or maybe you would watch before dying?) then why waste typing to you?

              There really is no hope for someone so in love with themselves that their false image of themselves matters more then the life of family. Such people have been domesticated and I don’t care about their opinion any more then I care about a dog or cow or sheep’s opinion.

              • Duck,
                Calm down, you are twisting things in a knot. To Murder or kill is a choice. This fictional or real victim is no different than Teresa Defarge in her lust to kill, but one was killing devoid of compassion or mercy, the other lost in the heat of the moment .Tempers and fear must have been high and the rapist died as the results of your gal trying to stop him. She could have maimed the Rapist to stop him. Was it a choice ? Probably not. Poor girl may not of had revenge as a factor either.
                Love is an often miss used word. Love is a sacred word and in pius English falls on the light side where lust comes from darkness. Never should it’s use support evil. Love to kill should be lust to kill. There is no love in killing. I ‘d die trying to stop a deranged killer , oh my Duck in hundreds of ways . If in that selfless act the perp dies I will be full of regrets. Regrets are eternal Duck . Taking of life is a sin Duck. It’s really that simple. Can I pet that dawg?. Please read twice , pedere once.

          • Duck quote ” Such people have been domesticated and I don’t care about their opinion any more then I care about a dog or cow or sheep’s opinion.”

            I think this was Atlanta recently, from Richie From Boston.aka Jailbreak Overlander YT. I wish I had more information on this .
            https://youtube.com/shorts/KyCebEfA8E8

            Not Caring about peoples opinions can have drastic results. Data centers will go up faster than MacDonalds if they promise to off set this provoked crowd.

            • Moo baa la la la

              The mice voted to bell the cat.
              Did the cat care?

            • GBW

              ”…..think this was Atlanta recently, from Richie From Boston.aka Jailbreak….”

              Look at the video….. Why does anyone care about the opinions of people who chimp out? BECAUSE they chimp out.

              People care what chimps think (to a degree) because chimps are willing to eat your face……a well trained dog won’t do that which is why it is owned.

              That is why you can not be allowed to ask where your fear of violence comes from – not because violence is wonderful but because it’s vital to keep domestic animals frightened of it’s very existence.

              So again, Mo Ba La La La….what is the value of your opinion in the final reckoning?

              Mice voted to bell the cat and the sheep demand vegitarianisn and the slaves talks to their natural rights. At the end of the day if I know you literally won’t kill me if I rape someone you claim to love their safety is in MY moral compass not yours.

              Do you see the point? No
              Does it matter? No

            • Oh, and the chimping in your clip is afaik just some urban blacks wilding, nothing to do with data centers. It’s been going on up north this month.

              It’s actually a different lesson, lack of direction is almost as helpless as lack of ability

              • continuing your dog fetish and kayfabe champion chimp thinking…

                https://youtube.com/shorts/bScUYreAYJQ

                Oh Duck, you can’t hurt what you don’t have. I’m answering for Vandoum some days back I believe you said something like now your brain hurts. Those racial barnacles are slowing you down. Come into port and get those cleaned off your skull. Really ? , are you just maintaining the kayfabe of the south? Or are you not rereading the free association pouring out the scull cup?
                That’s ok Duck, anyone who ever got caught in a duck parade knows there is no defined beginning, or end to it and in the middle it’s all one leg marching around one leg that never moves. Circles apon circles curling the tail feathers.
                Data centers? Duck, they will be offered up as the solution to all your racial fears and you will vote by doing nothing when the kayfabe breaks and you realize you are the same monkey as those you fear.
                The violence is missing in Turtledove’s book as designed. It’s prevalent in Dickens books, Natural law compared to liberal law. You probably shouldn’t premeditate violence in print, that can lead to premeditated murder in cases of defence. That’s seems to be ok , if I read you right, if it’s against racial groups or even your neighbors, livestock and domestic animals ,it’s ok but it’s a no no no go against the state. TPTSB are building your cell as we speak and will use racism to get it done. You will have cameras all over the countryside looking for…what do you pejoratively call them ? Chi ps? I can’t even (say) write it it’s so offensive.
                What’s the point, ? disassociation of the written word and meaning.
                Why does it matter? It’s cheaper to imprison everyone and extort protection money from those with hidden resources.
                Now can I pet that dawg…, can I pet that dawg?

            • GBW

              Moo baa la la la

              You have Glossolalia

              You do not have understanding

              • Duck,
                You got me there Duck, I can’t think of a glossary of words used for writing could ever be miss heard or misunderstood by a black person being called a chimpanzee.
                The white supremacist and bigot may hear it and understand it differently , possibly to the point of listening in touges.
                Why would you take that position? And carry it this far? That’s a duck parade if ever I seen one.

                How ever, I’ll commend you for two words you found. Kayfabe and glossolalia. Can you ever forgive an antibigot?

            • GBW
              “…..Why would you take that position?…..”

              Why would you think I am in that position?

              I do not think you are actually that stupid, hence it is another iteration of moo baa la la la.

              • Duck,
                I’d prefer you tell us. Maybe there is some mitigating reason I’m unaware of. I would think it was just you apeing what everyone around you did. Generational race bating is a learned behavior. Monkey see monkey do. Doesn’t always come from that I suppose. The list could encompass all of time. I’m hoping you could explain it. To pick it up or lay it down. No one else has said a thing. Why is that? If your dog bites I don’t want to pet that dog and it appears no one else wants to either .

            • GBW

              “….racism……bigot…..murder…..”

              Magic(k) worlds for NLP’ing the live stock.

              Do you believe in those words or are you just trying to wield a cattle prod?

              Or
              Are you the farm hand or are you the cow? Are you that silly or do you understand now?

              Are you so good, so nice and so bold- or are you a liar who in their own lies grows cold?

              Am I a’writin to a person misled- or is it a fool to whom wisdom is dead?

            • GBW
              “…..Maybe there is some mitigating reason I’m unaware…”

              Again you mo,ba, la la la, as if I do things you wish to project on me.

              But be honest- if I WERE a racist who wanted to literally enslave other races what would your opinion matter?

              You said you would not risk killing to save your child from a rapist….so I can not imagine you would lift a hand to stop me. I can not imagine you pose a danger to the actual enslavers of man either.

              So again, Moo Ba La La La….your words, thoughts and opinion are literally so unimportant I don’t even need to propagandize you to my POV.

              • Duck,
                are you wrestling with those uncomfortable ideas? If they were bastions of truth would you have so much confusion over the principles . Have to propagandize to prop them up?
                I must correct your impression of my defence of loved ones in dangerous hypotheticals. I did not say I wouldn’t stop a rapist, I will stop him or die trying . I would not kill a rapist to stop him though, it would not be necessary to kill to stop him. You need to get that straight. Unlike you I have no premeditated wish to kill anything. We have deliberated this before. You are pro killing which a jury could have reasonable doubts about your defence with that premeditated lust to kill and heaven forbid some one winding up dead in the future. You can manifest that into being or through a false flag making of your own. It can be used against you . So it’s best to empty all that darkness out of your soal. Seek no prophets in hypotheticals cause there are none. Seek them out in life . Forgive your enemies. Stop reading that cabalist dark crap . It only encourages them.

                Propagandizing is what keeps all that darkness you hold on to going. Ditch it, nobody wants your tares ( terrors) in their manifested world.

                Yes my mind is lost territory for evil and darkness. Are you recruiting fellow pro killing lifers for some future manifest?

              • Duck
                What are you selling. Stuff like this? This has no manifesting power. But , tell enough lies to enough people and then tell them to manifest an outcome . They become a salted mine, ready to to be sold a hole in the ground.

                https://www.caitlinjohnst.one/p/warmongers-keep-generating-ai-atrocity

                Killing is a disease. Curious to see if this backfires on the devils that made this.

            • GBW

              Do you even believe what you say?

              You will “stop” but not be violent because “Baa Baa Bad”???

              Who put that idea in your head? And did they at least kiss you afterwards?

              Silly old thing, you don’t even know by who every false idea in that fuzzy mind of yours was put, nor how nor why….and like a good dog you woof woof woof without knowing why.

              Moo Ba La La La…..are you an old Boomer Woman? Is that why you shrilly cry your silly words unto the sky?

              If so I apologize for trying to do the impossible and talk sense into you

              • Duck,

                Are you coming unhinged? Maybe you have had enough lubricating oil for now.
                Of course I believe what I say .
                You won’t have a childs compulation to look into darkness once you’ve seen the light Duck . The dark will reveal its true nature . POSIWID it.

            • GBW

              “… Of course I believe what I say .…”

              That’s the problem.

              You can fix stupid with work, you can’t fix willful blindness because it’s willful

              You can fix ignorance with study, you can’t fix ignoring the truth because you love the lie better

              • Duck,
                you quack me up but others may find you have overextended your departure from reality. Please return to this hard hitting open source news reporting. Your style is truly amazing. The Chat, Grok, Claude hyper psychosis imitation is spot on. However from just reading a few of the wacko iterations makes one wonder if it’s not an imitation but the real thing.. I can’t imagine what the people of other countries and different locale could make of this gibberish. Is this the post truth world or just a post meth psychosis? It has to be a particular area or regional affection like an heavy accent. It could be deliberate avant guard theater that I and others have stumbled into… Maybe a personality transition attachment of Ignatius J. Reilly ,the main character of John Kennedy Toole 1981 Pulitzer winning book ” Confederacy of Dunces “. Cos play maybe? I’m desperate to find a correlation to the real world but have yet to do so. It may not be possible which would give anyone the creeps if this is post truth world that lays ahead. I’ve read staying in darkness too much can have lasting effects on your health. Go outside for a little while, get some of that Texas sunshine. You will get to feeling better in no time.

    • James: I enjoyed and appreciated as usual (thank you). You never cease to amaze or impress and your thoroughness and sense of humor are aging well. I reposted the version of this one on substack and received a reply intended for you:

      Hey Mr Corbett,

      I know this is a long shot but figured I would try.

      I just published an article about Polymarket and would love to get your input. It’s right up your alley and brings up a lot of the ethical questions. Would love to hear your thoughts on it.

      Thanks

      Best Regards,

  2. A few days ago I saw some American spokesman talking to the press, and in response to about the first question, he said “oh that’s more Operation Gladio” or words to that effect. I thought it quite significant that its continued existence to this day should be casually acknowledged or assumed.
    Did ANYONE else see this? I was half asleep and I can’t find it again. (Who? Where can I find the vid?)

    • Jonathan, I doubt the following video is what you are looking for, but maybe someone else could fill the void.

      I searched the recent news cycle and found nothing recent, only a March print story.

      Youtube is packed with recent AI channels/stories about Operation Gladio.

      Redacted had a May 8th, 2026 show…
      Operation Gladio Was Real. What Makes You Think It Stopped?
      46:09
      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=40p0pPcOLN0
      Researcher Jay Dyer unpacks the history of Operation Gladio, a covert NATO-backed network that used a ‘strategy of tension’ to control European populations after WWII. The discussion details how Gladio employed ‘purposeful chaos’ through methods like false flag terrorism (e.g., the Bologna bombing), political assassinations (Pope John Paul I), and financial corruption. These tools, including blackmail and money laundering, are presented as a playbook for understanding current events, drawing parallels to the Epstein network.

      ~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~
      Although I occasionally will watch something from “Redacted”, I’m not real keen on this married couple.
      I’ve seen them promote Wall Street stocks and receive relatively large sums of money for it.
      They may be doing this type of alternative reporting with the motive more about making bank, rather than trying to get the facts out there.
      They are past mainstream reporters which don’t get brownie points in my books. Their past takes away points.
      About Natali and Clayton Morris:
      Clayton Morris is a former FOX News anchor. Natali Morris is a former anchor and reporter for MSNBC, CNBC and CBS News. On Redacted, the married couple (not brother and sister!) and former mainstream news professionals take an in-depth look at the news the mainstream media largely ignores. They explore the legal, social, financial, and personal issues that matter to you. They want to set the record straight and bring you the stories nobody else tells. Along with the facts and the complete picture, Redacted offers real-world analysis without an agency driven by corporate overloads. With Clayton’s extensive journalism experience, he isn’t afraid to demand the truth from authorities. Redacted is an independent platform, unencumbered by external factors or restrictive policies, on which Clayton and Natali Morris bring you quality information, balanced reporting, constructive debate, and thoughtful narratives.
      • Thanks very much for trying. No, it was a mainstream video of an actual press conference. The prepared announcement was very anodyne, but his answer to the first question was remarkable.
  3. Mr Corbett is very correct that they would not bother propagandizing you if your thoughts were not important…..I don’t put posters of myself and make speeches to convince chickens that I am their friend.
  4. Good interview James.
    I would offer this about “revolution.” Because of our conditioning we associate revolution with gun powder and blood. However in the dictionary explanation:
    >>a dramatic and wide-reaching change in the way something works or is organized or in people’s ideas about>> leaves a very wide range of options.
    As I have offered in my essays, etc. the key to a successful change is breaking the spell of opposition and bringing in cooperation. Working with local, trustworthy people on nation wide agendas of breaking down the controller’s grip on us, IMO can be the only way.
    It is necessary to re-evaluate our ideas on consumption (entertainment, diet, true needs verses ego wants, etc.) and seeing one’s self like a white blood cell that is rushing to heal an infection and not a cancer trying to kill something.
    It is well known now that back in 190? Rockefeller took over the education of the population using the Prussian method of creating workers to follow directions with no emphasis on the arts, literature, humanities, etc. and what we have before us is their success and our failure. He bought out all the very successful naturalpathic schools and hospitals and closed them and then introduced the horrifying allopathic pharmacological cut and sew, radiate, etc. method of profit making, and sit in school, react to bells, recite lies, and call it eduation of people.
    So be it urban, suburban, or rural, home schooling, home gardens, shared skills like carpentry, mechanics, plumbing, medical knowledge, etc. will be the life blood to feed a true revolution of consciousness and behavior.
    IT STARTS WITH YOU AND ME
    https://old.bitchute.com/video/uPPBh6BmFaxQ/
  5. Great interview. I think “they” care about what people think only as it pertains to believing the narrative or propaganda, to assess their level of control of the masses. Those who counter the narrative are now being classified as national threats – terrorists – in the USA. We saw this during the pandemic and now again regarding allegiance to a tiny county.
  6. James,
    I personally struggle with writing, although I can read and understand very well. Due to insecticide poisoning in the 90s, expressing myself through text became extremely difficult. AI helps me communicate faster and more accurately, because while reading I immediately sense whether something feels correct, incorrect, or subtly manipulative.
    Your argument about the entertainment industry and modern content consumption made me think.
    Much of today’s superficiality, mass consumption, algorithmic simplification, emotional conditioning, and production of uniform content is partly rooted in the global rollout of the Prussian learning model.
    The Prussian education system emerged in the 18th and 19th century and was designed to standardize, discipline, and organize large populations efficiently. It emphasized:
    standardization, obedience, scalability, centralized control and one dominant way of processing information.
    Over time, this model became deeply embedded in education, organizations, media, politics, and eventually technology itself.
    To be clear, I’m not saying this was purely some evil conspiracy. It also responded to real societal needs at the time: industrialization, literacy, nation-building, and administrative scaling.
    The deeper issue is that many of those structures were never fundamentally updated to reflect what we now understand about neurodiversity, trauma, cognition, temperament, and consciousness.
    Human beings do not process reality in one uniform way.
    Some people think visually and spatially.
    Others emotionally first.
    Some need sequence and structure.
    Others work through intuition, pattern recognition, sound, movement, or sensory sensitivity.
    Yet most systems still operate as if one dominant linear processing style represents “normal” intelligence.
    That creates enormous friction in education, media, organizations, relationships, and now increasingly in AI systems built around averages, optimization, and scalable behavioral prediction.
    That’s why I am developing TriberFile: to better understand how people process information, perception, and meaning in fundamentally different ways. Every person has their own learning, informational, and perceptual preference system — not to classify people into boxes, but to better understand why people so often misunderstand, misinterpret, reduce, or disconnect from one another.
    Many existing models Kolb, VARK, MBTI, DISC, NLP, etc. were originally meant to create insight and connection. But too often they are used to classify and predict people instead.
    And that is where things begin to go wrong.
    Perhaps part of today’s crisis is not only what people consume, but that generations were barely taught how fundamentally different human perception actually is.
    And AI is currently amplifying that enormously, not because technology itself is bad, but because the underlying systems are still largely built on uniformity rather than genuine diversity in human perception and processing.
  8. If they can get us to mistrust our very eyes and our actual lived experiences , they’ve won. “Questioning reality” can become psychotic. Jesus Christ is the way, the TRUTH, and the life.
  9. Existential Revolution! Soren Kierkegaard would be celebrating! Of course, Soren documented the precise moment Existentialism began, in his diary. It was the moment he realized the inexplicable joy he experienced when he became a Christian. The author that coined the massively misinterpreted maxim “truth is subjectivity”, wherein, the “truth” is absolute, but makes no tangible mark lest we relate to it on a personal level, offered a thoroughly thought out blueprint of the Existential Revolution. The Existential Revolution begins, when one relates to truth/faith with a complete, individual, and (most importantly) voluntary devotion to being uniquely human, in relation to an infinite and loving God. This in contrast the systematic, totalitarian philosophies of those that would orchestrate society. Many distractions and debates of the aesthetic, ethical and religious; but all these are precursors to the fundamental difference that THE anti-thesis to Hegelian systematic philosophy/theology, that is Kierkegaard (Philosophical Fragments anyone?), may be a necessary cause to understanding how one must live in a society convinced of their truthfulness, whilst being the precise society that makes truthfulness most indigestible.
  10. Although in a very different context, when it comes to the subject of mutual accusations there is an example in modern history, during the Algerian War of Independence, that shows the effectiveness of such method with what was called the “Bleuite”.
    It was a large-scale infiltration and disinformation operation launched by the French government’s External Documentation and Counter-Espionage Service that consisted in making the Algerian National Liberation Army believe that several of their members were French assets and traitors to the cause. This led to internal purges and weakened the movement, even though it was a psyop all along and all the members were in reality loyal to their convictions. Said operation remains to this day largely unknown to both the French and Algerian populations.
